*At night*

Jisoo's POV.

I'm now in my room, exhausted from all the tests. I grab my phone, open Instagram, and something pops up on my screen. I see Rosé's update. I tap on it and see Rosé with that girl—they look really happy.

I read her post, "I'm happy with my date. Thank you for being my date, Hyeri," she wrote. I felt something strange in my heart, a feeling I've never experienced before. Why am I like this? I asked myself.

*Tomorrow*

Lisa's POV.

Jennie, Rosé, and I were walking down the hallway as usual, heading to the canteen. When we entered, we saw our friends already sitting at the table we usually use. As we approached, we noticed Jisoo wearing sunglasses, which was really odd.

Before we sat down, our friends greeted us, and we greeted them back. I sat beside Seulgi and whispered, "Hey Seul, what happened to Jisoo?" She shrugged and whispered back, "I don't know either."

"Hey Jen, ask Irene what happened to Jisoo," I said to Jennie, who nodded. "Hey Irene," Jennie whispered to Irene, but I could still hear their conversation. "Yeah?" Irene whispered back. "What happened to your cousin?" Jennie asked. "Ahh, I don't know either," Irene replied. What on earth happened to Jisoo? I noticed Rosé was busy on her phone, seemingly unaware of the situation.

Jisoo seemed off all day. She didn't say a word and kept her sunglasses on. I'll try to confront her later during practice.

We were at the gym practicing, but she wasn't in the mood to dance. Her movements were really slow and not the same as usual. It was almost break time, so I planned to sneak Jisoo to the back of the stage.

*Later at break time*

Lisa's POV:

I'm sitting with Jisoo, and this is the perfect time to sneak her out to the back of the stage. Our friends are busy chatting about the date Rosé had yesterday with Yeri, so I grab Jisoo's hand. "Come with me," I whisper to her.

She lets me pull her backstage. As we're about to walk away from the group, Jennie sees us and follows, but I just let her come along.

*Back of the stage*

Lisa's POV:

"Jisoo, can I ask you something?" I say. She just nods. Jennie is by my side now as we confront Jisoo, who's leaning against the wall backstage.

"Why are you wearing sunglasses? It's not even sunny inside," I ask. "It's nothing," Jisoo replies. "Are you sure about that?" Jennie chimes in. I nod at Jennie's question and look at Jisoo.

"Okay, I couldn't sleep last night," Jisoo admits. "Then what's with the sunglasses?" I ask again. She takes them off, and Jennie and I are shocked to see her huge eye bags. They're so big she looks like a panda. "So that's why," Jennie remarks, staring at the eye bags.

"What happened? Did something keep you up last night?" I ask Jisoo. "I don't know," she says. "Then just tell us what happened," Jennie insists, placing her hands on Jisoo's shoulders. "When I got home, I was so tired. I used my phone, opened Instagram, and saw Rosé's post. When I read it, I felt something in my heart that I can't understand," Jisoo explains, thinking about last night.

Jennie and I glance at each other, and I know we're thinking the same thing—Jisoo might like Rosé. That's exactly what Jennie and believe.
