y/n pov:
i'm in university learning to become a midwife, i'm 20 years old and life is going pretty well. aside from the pandemic of course. a year before everyone went into lockdown i started dating my beautiful girlfriend Florence. we have lived together during the whole lockdown and it's been great! we've played boardgames, we practically go in the pool every day, binge watch shows, in total during the pandemic we have watched 5 shows; Once Upon A Time, Ginny & Georgia, Stranger Things, Outer Banks and all the new marvel Disney+ shows. we've been for walks in the middle of no where, had picnics in the back-garden and have done a lot of online shopping together.

recently i have been on more and more zoom calls for uni, which i don't mind, it's just no one knows i'm dating Flo. in case you didn't know, Florence is a famous actress so if i told people i was dating her they probably wouldn't believe me anyway.

we're in the middle of a zoom call now, doing a quiz and everyone's microphones are off but cameras are still on.
"y/n babe, i'm going to the shop do you want anything?" Flo says walking through the door. "yeah, 2 seconds" i stop what i'm doing and turn to look at her and she's on the bed directly behind me. "could you get some cucumber, peppers, i think we need some chicken if we are having a chicken roast tomorrow, and some mayo if you don't mind babe" i say turning back to the camera to see everybody staring at me and i don't think anything of it, then Flo gets up and kisses me on the cheek "okay, i'll be back in a little bit, bye" "bye babe" i say then the door shuts and i look back at the camera and realise what everyone was looking at. Florence.

it's been 4 months now and i'm back at uni, i was walking down the halls to go to the car park with my best friend Kacey, when someone shouted "look it's Florence Pugh's wife" and everyone laughed but i kept walking until someone blocked the exit door. "move out the way Chris" i say rolling my eyes. "no, i don't think i will, until you admit that you faked it" he said moving closer to me "faked what?" i ask "Florence Pugh of course!" he says and i just scoffed, "you think i was faking it?" i say "well obvious-" he was cut of by someone behind me saying "oh just leave her alone" i know that voice, i turn around "Flo" i say smiling. "come on babe, i'll take you home" she says and takes my hand and we walk back to the car and everyone just stared at us gobsmacked.

"thanks babe" i say looking at Flo while she's driving
"no problem bub" and we both smile
