y/n pov:
I'm on my way to Raya's house, as I do at least twice a week. Once I get to the door I ring the bell. The door opens and I see the familiar face of Zak, Raya's brother. "hey z, is Ray here?" I asked smiling. "i'm sure you'll come in anyway" he said laughing. "that's true" I said as he moved the door open wider so I could walk in. when I get to the living room I see Patrick and Julia watching a wrestling match. "hey Jules, Patrick" I smiled sitting on the sofa. "hi y/n" Julia says looking at me.

"where's Raya?" I asked. "preparing for her next match" Pat smiled, with half his metal teeth. "what? when's her new match?" I asked confused. I didn't think she had one for a while. "yeah, it's Saturday" Zak shouted from the kitchen. "Saturday??" I asked panicking. That's the day of Nationals. "mhm, at half 1" Julia said getting up and going into the kitchen. "shit" I said under my breath. "what's wrong y/n/n?" Patrick asked me. "that's the day of Nationals" I said putting my head into my hands.

"if you told Raya i'm sure she would come to see-" Zak said walking in with a bowl of crisps, but I cut him off. "no it's fine, I don't want her cancelling if she has her interview for WWE soon" I said lifting my head up. "i'm sure she wouldn't mind y/n" Julia stated. "mhm, she loves you y/n/n" Pat agreed. "no no, it's fine, please don't say anything to her" I asked. "I wouldn't want to put her off" I finished.

*saturday*

I'm in the wings running through my solo, about to go on. "you can do it y/n" my friend Lani said giving me a hug. "thanks L" I smiled.

"next we have number 395, here is y/n with her solo, 'leave it behind'" the announcer said into the mic. "GO Y/N YESSSS" someone in the audience shouted, I recognised the voice but I was too distracted to place who's voice it was. I walked into the stage putting my head down, facing the front, then my music began...

I finished the dance off, and walked off stage, still with my head down. once I got off Lani ran over to me and gave me a hug. "y/n that was brilliant!" she said to me in the hug. "I can agree with that" a voice behind me said. now I can place that voice. "Saraya?" I asked turning around, it was her!

"hello gorgeous" she said opening her arms. I practically ran into them. "you were amazing" she said kissing my head. "I didn't think you knew I was performing" I said pulling out the hug. "how could I not know, it's your Nationals love" she said, giving me a kiss. I pulled away and said "Aren't you at a match?" I asked remembering. "when will you get it into your beautiful head, i'll always be here for you, im your girlfriend, you come first" she said, causing me to blush like a rose
