a/n i just realised that i haven't done a one shot about barry! so here you go

y/n pov:
i just finished my scene and now i'm walking to Flo's trailer. Midsommar has been one of my favourite movies to work on and the fact i get to do it with my girlfriend makes it even better.

"hey babe, i'm back" i said while walking in and putting my things on the hanger. i heard sobs. "babe?" i asked again. when i didn't get a response i dashed around the corner to the kitchen part of the trailer. "Love are you-" i paused once i saw Flo with him. "oh babe, is he gone?" i asked sitting next to her. "mhm" she hummed in response. "i'm sorry babe, i know you got attached to him" i said putting my hand around her shoulder. "Barry didn't deserve to go" she said. "i know, i know" i said. "how about we bury Barry, so he can be in peace" i suggested. "yeah good idea" she smiled.

we carried Barry out to the fields and dug a little hole and put him in it. "want to say anything love?" i asked Flo. "only a few words, may Barry rest in peace" she said and hugged me. we put the dirt back over Barry and walked back to the trailer.

"i miss him" Flo says.
"i know you do babe, i'm sorry"

oh did i mention Barry was a cactus?
