a/n this is such a random idea aha, but i hope it's okay :)

btw y/n is a girl, and i know 2 girls can't have children by accident, but just go with it 😭

y/n pov:
i found out i was pregnant 8 months ago and my girlfriend and i are so happy. Florence is 20 and i'm 19 and we aren't married but we decided that i would have the baby first, then we would plan to get married at some point in the future. i'm heavily pregnant so i am on maternity leave, which means i'm stuck at home. i'm usually an active person, i'm out and about, i'm traveling for my job, but now i can barely get of the sofa.

"hi sweetheart" that's the voice of my mother. Scarlett. she checks in on me pretty much everyday. she walks into the living room, where i'm sat, and i see she bought my brother, Cozmo and my dad, Colin. "hi hunny, how are you holding up?" Colin asked. my dad walked out on my mum and i when i was born, about a year later my mother met Colin, he's always been my father, even if not by blood. "i'm alright, just bored i guess" i answer. "sissy, where is da baby?" my 2 year old brother asked. "still in my tummy, but they should be out soon" i say. "take a seat guys, please" i say, seeing as they are all stood up and there's loads of space to sit. they all sit down, my mum and Colin sit on the sofa opposite me and Cozmo is next to me. "any name ideas for my grandchild?" my mum asked. "we're thinking if it's a girl, the name Alex, short for Alexandra and then for a boy, Max" i say. "they're good ideas, what about Colin jr?" my dad asked. "i don't think so dad" i say giggling. "y/n/n, can i hwave some i-weem (ice cream)" Cozmo asked. "of course sweetheart, com on" i say standing up and reaching out for his hand. "oh y/n i'll get it if it's easier" my mother asks. "i'm fine, thanks mum" i answer walking to the kitchen.

Scarlett pov:
"i thought Colin jr, was a great name" Colin said, "it is hunny, but i think y/n wants something better than Colin jr" i say laughing. suddenly Cozmo comes running in saying "y/n is leaking" "what?" i asked confused as what he meant. "water is coming out of y/n" he tries to explain more. "oh my god" i realised. i got up off the sofa and ran into the kitchen. "your water broke?!" i ask. "yep" she says standing there awkwardly. "well come on then, we need to get you to the hospital" i said. "Colin, get y/n to the car" i say, then i bend down to Cozmo. "hey baby, you go with daddy and y/n to the car" i say and he nods. i get a bag of y/n's stuff together then we get into the car.

y/n pov:
"hey dad, you don't need to go too fast, i'm alright" i say since he is driving like a maniac. "sorry, i'm just nervous" he says slowing down. "your nervous?! i'm about to push a human out my body" i say. then my mum calls someone through the car. "hello" they answer. i could recognise that voice for a mile away. Florence. "hey hunny, it's Scarlett, y/n's water has broke and we are on the way to the hospital, can you meet us there?" my mum asked. "oh my god, of course, yeah, i'm on my way now" she says. "great, see you soon" my mum says then hangs up. "AAAHHH" i scream. "what is it?!?!?" my dad asked panicking. "you know what dad, speed up, this baby ain't taking their time" i say.

*time skip*
"wow she's beautiful" Florence said looking at our newborn daughter. "i know, what do we call her?" i ask. "she looks like a...Mia" she says. and it's the best. "oh my god, that's perfect" i say. "Mia Isla Pugh" she finishes. "yeah that's beautiful" i say looking at my daughter. then i realised, she said Pugh? "pu-" i start then look at Flo and shes on one knee. "oh my god" i say starting to cry. "y/n, i wont make this speak long and cheesy, but i love you and our daughter more than anything, will you marry me?" she asks. "yes, a thousand times yes" i say then she puts the ring on my hand. "we're a perfect little family" Florence says. "yeah...we are" i agree.
