Yelena pov: it's 6:55am and everyone is awake at the Avengers Compound. we wake up pretty early so we can get training and meetings and things done in the morning so we can have the rest of the day to ourselves. i'm going to train later on, because i have a file assessment to do this morning.
we are all in the main room, except; Wanda who has gone out with a distant family member i think, as well as Pietro and Bruce has gone on a mission in Romania at the moment, collecting data for his new project. but where's y/n? "hey Steve, have you seen y/n/n this morning?" i asked. "no, last time i saw her was last nigh at movie night" he answered. "oh, Nat have you seen her?" i asked turning to my sister sat next to me. "nope, don't you two share a bed? she's your girlfriend. didn't you hear her leave?" she said. "no, i was still asleep, she wasn't there when i woke up" i answer. "hey Yelena, if your looking for y/n, i just saw her in the training room" Bucky says as he walked past. "oh thanks Buck" i thank then getup and make my way to the training room. it's not too far, only a 3 to 4 minute walk.
i got to the training room, and i saw y/n through the door training on the pull ups. wow she looks hot right now. i walk in quietly not wanting to disturb her and sit on one of the benches behind the pull ups. she does a lot with only one hand so i say "well done!" which was a big mistake. y/n must have been surprised because she fell and landed on her leg. "OH MY GOD" i say running over to her. "i'm sorry, i'm sorry, it's okay, i'll get help" i kept repeating. "owww, it's okay- you just startled me" she says clearly in pain. "let's get you over to the bench" i say, she nods so i put her arm around my shoulder and we started walking to the bench, it took a bit even though the bench was a few steps away. "oh my god, i feel awful" i say sitting her down. "hey babe, don't worry, it's probably just sprained" she says trying to act like shes not hurt, "we've got to get you to the bedroom to get you rest" i say and she nods again and goes to grab my waist like before but i just pick her up and carry her bridal style back to our room.
as we walk through the main room everyone looks at us in confusion but i kept walking "do you need any help-" i cut Tony off. "no" and i open the door of our room and place y/n on the bed. "right, do you need anything?" i ask. "umm, some painkillers if you don't mind, and some chocolate? and just some cuddles please" she says giving me baby eyes at the end. "of course babe" i say giving her a kiss then leaving the room. when i get back to the main room for the things for y/n Nat says. "should i even ask?" "she fell okay! i'm helping" i say getting the painkillers and then going to the fridge for chocolate. "where's the chocolate?" i asked everyone. "um i may or may not have eaten it last night lady Yelena" Thor says. "y/n needs some chocolate! Thor you will have to run down to the shop and get some!" i say. "but i'm playing fifa with Mr Parke-" he stops talking when he sees my face. "sorry kid, i have to go but i'll be back" he says then gets up and walks out the door. then i walk back to mine and y/n's room. "hey princess, any better?" i ask shutting the door. "my foot still hurts" she says giggling. "i feel really bad about it bub" i said lying next to her on the bed. "oh babe, don't worry about it, it's probably just going to be sore for a couple of days" she says to me, then gives me a kiss on the cheek. "and i'll be with you every day" i say and y/n smiles at me.
we started watching Jojo Rabbit, it's supposed to be a good movie about WW2, it's a bit weird though, the mother in this looks extremely similar to my sister Natasha. anyway, i heard a knock on the door, "come in" i said and y/n and i both looked to the door to see who it was. "i bring chocolate" Thor says walking in with 2 massive shopping bags. "oh my god Thor how much chocolate did you buy?!" y/n asks then laughs. "well i didn't know what you wanted so" he pauses then pours both the bags out onto the bed, to reveal "every chocolate the shop had" he finished. "oh my god" i say laughing. "thank you Thor" y/n says and moves her hands, hinting for him to come over, which he does. then she gives him a hug. "i hope your leg gets better lady y/n" he says then bows and then leaves the room and i sit up. "so which chocolate would you like?" i ask giggling as does y/n.
*time skip* SORRY
it's been 2 days since y/n hurt herself. we've spent the whole time, watching loads of shows, eating all the chocolate Thor gave us and just having some time together, it's been nice. "which top would you like y/n" i ask looking through her wardrobe. "the y/f/c (your favourite colour) one please" she asked. "okay" i took it off the hanger but when i turned around i tripped over a pile of chocolate wrappers and was about to hit the floor face first, when y/n jumped out of bed and stopped me falling. "hey hey are you okay?"she asks holding me up. "yeah yeah i'm fin- wait!" i say realising and she starts blushing. "your leg? it was never hurt was it??"i ask. "well it hurt a bit at the beginning but no, it doesn't hurt anymore" she says. "well why didn't you tell me?!" i asked confused. "well i enjoyed getting a bit of time off work and spending time with you" she says and i just melt. she's the best. "god i love you" i say. "i love you more" she says then gives me a slow passionate kiss.
and with that i learned if i sneak up on y/n while she was doing pull ups, we get time together <33
