meeting her family <3 - Yelena

a/n hi, how's your day? and what's something you ate today?

y/n pov:
"you sure Lena?" I asked my girlfriend as we parked up outside a house, not the best looking house, it looked like it had a pig farm on the side. "they're very strong personalities, but you've got one too, so you'll be fine darl" she comforted me, then lent over from the drivers seat and gave me a kiss, short, but sweet. "let's go!" she said as she got out the car.

i'm meeting Yelena's parents for the first time, i've met her sister, as she's friends with my brother Tony. Then I joined the avengers, and we became good friends, which is how I met Yelena!

I opened the car door and got out, I walked to Lena at the front of the car, and she took my hand in hers. We walked up to the door and I got nervous, this is weird, im normally very confident. Then the front door opened and I saw an unfamiliar face, of a man, in a white tank top, a big beard, he looked like he would beat you up if you asked to have a sip of his drink, then he began to smile. "Yelena! my darling" he said, a very think Russian accent coming through. He brought Yelena into a hug, which she returned. "Y/n, this is my dad (she calls him dad now btw) Alexi" she introduced me to him. "aahh hello dear!! welcome welcome, come in in" he said moving out of the way of the door and we walked in.

"hi" I replied to him, and followed Lena to what looked like a kitchen? then my eyes caught with a familiar redhead. "Tasha!" I exclaimed, "hey" she smiled, and embraced me in a hug. I then turned to see Lena hugging a brunette, which I assume is her mother. "y/n, this is my mother Melina" she said, I was right. "hi, i'm y/n nice to meet you" I said walking over to the pair. "nice to meet you too y/n, we've heard a lot about you" Melina said, once again she had a very thick Russian accent, similar to Alexi's.

"you have?" I asked her, raising an eyebrow at Yelena, she blushed a little, I love it when she's cute and puts her guard down. "let's sit" Alexi said walking in. we all sat on this wooden table. I sat next to Yelena, with Nat opposite me, Melina opposite Lena, and Alexi on the end of the table. "so y/n, tell us about yourself" Alexi said. "well i'm 23, an Avenger, I work with Nat, I like to draw, and I love your daughter very much" I smiled. "she loves you very much, we've all noticed that" Melina said like she was about to laugh, then Alexi pulled the same face.

"Melina, don't embarrass her (they call them mom/dad aswell as Melina/Alexi)" Nat said, trying to hold in a laugh. "no no explain" I said invested now. "best if you don't" Yelena said, emphasising on the 'don't'. "oh dear it's nothing to be ashamed of, we've all done it before" Melina said laughing. "what did she do?" I said desperate to know. "well, she got drunk" Alexi started. "stoppp" Yelena insisted. "and started singing" Nat finished, giggling. "about?" I asked. "you" they all said at once.

I turned to look at Yelena who looked like she wanted to world to swallow her up. "awe really babe?" I asked. "maybe" she said, slowly looking at me.
