y/n pov:
"you need to stop and give it the hell up y/n!" my mum said shouting at me, again. "come on
y/n we're going home" my stepdad said. i'm sick of this it's embarrassing.

I joined the avengers 2 years ago, but my mum and stepdad still don't like it. they've never been good parents, I miss my dad, he moved to Russia for work 6 years ago, he visits sometimes but it's not the same. my mum and stepdad are always shouting and screaming at me, Jett, my stepdad, has never hit me, but my mum has, multiple times...

everyone is here, Nat, Tony, Steve, Clint, Bruce, Thor, Sam, Bucky, Scott, Wanda, Vision and my girlfriend of one year Yelena. "i'm 18 I can be wherever I want" I said sitting back down. "y/n! we aren't having this conversation again, stop being a brat!" my mum said walking closer towards me.

my stepdad came closer to my mum and tried to fend her off, realising he was in the wrong. but my mum wasn't having any of it. "leave me alone mum" I said, everyone just watched flabbergasted. "could I please escort you out" I heard Lena say from next to me, standing up. "no, you may not, i'm trying to talk to my daughter" my mum said. "let me re phrase that, get out" Lena said and everyone was still looking not knowing what to say. "I will not you b-" my mum started lifting her hand up. "go on then, hit me" Yelena snarled. "hit me like you used to hit her" she finished kicking my mum in the shins. "Lena!" I said referencing to the fact Lena said my mum used to hit me.

everyone looked shocked. "what? we all knew, I just didn't say because y/n told me not to say anything" she blurted out. "now get out" she finished.

my mum and stepdad went out with some shield agents and Lena sat next to me hugging into me, "no one touches my baby" she said, I smiled, I love her so much
