a/n hi this is to try and raise awareness of Cerebral Palsy

this a request from a new friend of mine :)

I did more research on CP, and I hope this is okay...

y/n pov:
my daughter Isa, has cerebral palsy, meaning her brain affects her ability to move, keep balance and posture. but that doesn't make her any different, Flo and I love her so much.

Our daughter can walk, but she struggles with it, due to her CP, so she stays in a wheelchair most of the time. Today is her 7th birthday and we bought her a new wheelchair with Captain America all over it. Isabella loves everything about Captain America, and she's had the same white wheelchair since she was 4 so we decided to get a new one!

"happy birthday gorgeous!" Flo said as we walked into Isa's room. "mummy! mum! i'm 7 now!!" she smiled putting her arms up, in signal for Flo or I to pick her up, it's a birthday tradition. Flo picked her up and I took a picture of my girls.

then we walked downstairs, Flo put her down and Isa took my hand and we walked carefully over to the big present. "wow it's as big as me!" she said sitting down next to it. "i know!" I said, "should we open it birthday girl?"I finished. "YES!" she said then she carefully stood up, holding my hand, then she took off the wrapping paper to see the wheelchair.

"no way!!" she smiled at me and Flo. "I love it" she said, trying to sit in it. I lifted her up and put her into it. "wow!! i'm so tall now!" she said acting like the queen, waving.

"your majesty" Flo said bowing to Isa. "my queen" I said, then bowing the same as Flo, to which Isa giggled. "I love you both, thank you!" she exclaimed. "we love you too Princess" Flo smiled and I nodded
