y/n pov:
my toxic boyfriend cheated on me. I needed to get away from him, but it still hurts that he cheated on me. I'm at my best friend Raya's house. "right now, he's probably slow dancing with a bleach blonde tramp and she's probably getting frisky" Julia said trying to comfort me. I come over here a lot, my parents are in the army, so I live with my Aunt, but she's not the nicest. "right now, he's probably buying her some fruity little drink" Patrick said looking at me. Then Zak walked in with a glass of whiskey. "cause she can't shoot whiskey" he smiled.

I heard the door open, probably Raya. if i'm honest, i've always liked her, more than a friend, but I was with ugh I don't even want to say his name, but she's always been a supportive person in my life, my best friend. my best friend that I love more than a friend?

"right now, he's probably up behind her with a pool stick, showing her how to shoot a combo" Patrick comforted me. then someone walked in. "Raya!" I said, wiping some tears that had slipped out, off my face. she dumped a duffel bag on the floor. it sounded like there was metal in it, she had mud marks on her face?

"and he don't know" she said sitting next to me. "I dug my key into the side of his pretty little souped-up four wheel drive" she explained to us. holy shit- she's talking about my ex. "carved my name into his leather seats" she smirked. "I took a Louisville slugger to both headlights" she said wrapping her arm around the back and over my shoulder. "I slashed a hole in all four tires" she said, looking proud of herself. "maybe next time he'll think before he cheats" she finished. I just hugged her.

I was going to kiss her when we stopped hugging, but I don't want to ruin our friendship...
