I will be speaking to supreme head of the country directly on Zoom, we're gonna be needing all hands on deck. Kamala here will travel to the base but also make a stop to Singapore for the in person deal at the base." Joe said as my eyes widened.
"Wait, why are you sending her to the place where they aren't welcoming us especially a Trump loving country like that, why Afghanistan? The last time the previous vice president decades ago went there, he was almost killed." I said sternly clenching my fist in rage.
"I know that, Alex. But to stop this whole war from happening we need to find a resolution to solve this, plus your wife agreed." Joe said as I looked at Kamala. She can tell that I'm not very much supportive of this decision.
"Alex, I'll be fine. This is the only way..." She reassured me as I grew quiet.
"The point is I don't want to lose you, I almost lost you TWICE Devi! TWICE already.... Joe I'll go myself." I said as Kamala stood shocked.

"If you let me go in Kamala's place, I'll make sure everything will be fine. I've was a former military sargent for 6 years serving former President Obama so as the Second Gentleman let me do this, I'm willing to risk my life in return." I made my decision no matter what Kamala said.
