Chapter 49: Cruise

After what happened that night was the most magical thing moment ever, we both enjoyed ourselves watching movies and relaxing in the jacuzzi, afterwards Kamala and I went back to our room and went to bed that.

It was early in the morning at 6 am and Kamala was watching 'Morning Joe' on TV, while exercising. I rosed from the bed awaken by her beauty as I got up and went to used the bathroom as she continued to exercise. Once I was finished using the bathroom and freshened up, I went to my luggage to get out the passport and tickets that Maya gave me for Kamala.

"How's your beauty sleep?" She questioned while leaning in to kiss me on the cheek.

"It was great, until you weren't there next to me. I felt so cold." I teased as she embraced me. Honestly it felt good to feel her touch again.

"I'm sorry baby, I just felt like getting back in shape again so by the time we head back to Washington DC, I can feel lively great." She got dressed again, looking more adorable in person.

"I have a surprise for you though, your gonna like it once I show you." I handed her a passport as her eyebrow rosed.

"It's a passport, baby. Why do we need a passport for?" She furrowed crossing her arms while looking at me with a smile.

"I want to make the most of our honeymoon, so I want to take you on the cruise." I said she smiles widely and then gave me kisses repeatedly.

"Alex, this is so sweet babe." She got so excited that she went to put on her favorite Hawaiian sundress that match with her hat.

"This has been the best trip I ever been on with you hubby." She purred as I blushed. The first few days in Bahamas has went great and so far the best yet, especially when it comes to showering Kamala with gifts. Kamala and I got our outfit matching as we walked out of the hotel room with our swimsuit and our luggages in the bag, heading downstairs for breakfast before departing.

"I'm getting wheat avocado egg sandwich and yogurt for breakfast. Are you getting the samething with me?" She asked as I nodded. We walked to the food court as we sat down and got our breakfast to eat before we headed out.

"To us, the married second couple." I toast as we drunk our morning tea together, we then began eating our breakfast

After we ate our meal, we got ourselves together and left the hotel taking the ride to the docking pier for the boarding on the cruise, there was a cruise bus waiting as we got on, along with others who are also joining us. Kamala sat by the window as I sit next to her.

"Hope you'll love it babe." I said as she placed her hand on mine, the bus began departing as we left the hotel. Taking a ride to the final transit.

Once we got here, we both got off and got our things, as we walked hand and hand to the ticketing. The weatherman said it's supposed to be 80 degrees today and damn he was right. It's hot as hell out here and Kamala doesn't seemed to be bothered by the heat. This ship is gonna be packed especially during the pandemic going on, it is a Caribbean carnival cruise and when there's a carnival... There's fun stuff to do.

We both checked as we began boarding the cruise, we'll be staying for 3 nights on the ship as it hits the ocean, enjoying the indoor and outdoor activities while celebrating out this occasion.

"This is going to be the best trip you ever went on babe." I said as we walked on the ship heading to our destinated room following the service men escorting us below the VIP room deck. Maya's pass indicates VIP entrance for honeymoon suite.

"Here we air Madam Vice President and Second Gentleman, this is your Honeymoon VIP suite." The man opens the door as Kamala looked stunned.

I gotta say, Maya really hooked us up. My jaw dropped as they brought our luggages in and sat in on the bed.

"You both will be receiving room service and course of your choice of dine in select food, enjoy this trip." The bellman said as he closed the door behind us.

"Surprise, wifey..." I said Kamala suddenly gave me multiple kisses.

"I love you so much baby." She said repeatedly kissing me all over the face as I smirked happily.

"Let's go have some fun." I said as we held hands together.

As we walked out of the room heading to the activity floor, the place is packed with so many people. There's casinos, work out rooms, dance club, restaurants and a theater. Kamala quickly took my hand as we walked into the dance club. People were coming in and going out while enjoying themselves, Kamala was getting into the groove as she started dancing.

I blushed a little as she took my hand guiding me to the floor, we began dancing as the music plays on the radio blasting loud. She can dance and it's very much true because I seen a video of her dancing when she began campaigning with Biden back in 2020 of spring.

The DJ remixes the song as we continue to jam to tbe beat. After we went dancing, Kamala and I went to the casino where she got herself a jackpot, and took a photo of me trying to score a prize.

"You got this baby!" She cheered me on as I finally scored a win. We had so much fun, that we enjoyed ourselves. Soon we ate out at the buffet as I surprised her again like always. Showing my woman that I got her, we ate at a seafood buffet and drunk soda like before. We then relaxed ourselves as she then suggested we should go swimming. I was a bit tired a little but Kamala insisted we should have more fun.

"Baby, let Momala make you relax." She cooed as she massaged my back at the spa, the tender spot was hitting it nicely and she was working her hands on my lower back. While I was relaxing, Kamala sat in the jacuzzi where she was being pampered with snacks and a magazine or TV on the wall.

"I'm so tired babe..." I said drowsy as a woman massaged my leg, rubbing oil on it, Kamala had a facial cream and cucumber on her eyes as she chilled.

"Me too, I should come here tomorrow after workout." She sat up and turned the TV on to watch her favorite movie by Prince 'Purple Rain', she's a huge fan of the late icon....
