Chapter 106: Maya and Jackson's wedding

*alarm goes off*

I suddenly woken up, and looking through my phone wondering what time it was, hmm it's 9:00. I looked to my surroundings to make sure anything didn't happen, noticing that Kamala isn't in bed as I heard the water being turned on in the shower and Shy is seen cooing while kicking her feet.

"Hey baby girl, how's your sleep eh?" I said in a babyfied voice while holding Shy as she began to giggle.

"Had you a good night sleep, yeah?" I gave her tons of kisses on the cheek as she laughs in excitement. Getting out of the bed, Kali can be seen wagging her tail while pouncing up and down seeing me while I held Shy. I checked the calendar to see if I forgot anything. My eyes widened realizing what today it is...

Today is Jackson and Maya's Wedding and of course a lot of people is gonna show up. I almost forgot, yet I'm so tired and didn't feel like doing anything else but this is very important to my friend Jackson, he's like a family to me. Remembering the time I woke up so early marrying Kamala last year, time flies and now we have a baby. Jackson is a very lucky man, and on top of that... He's gonna be a father too. Kamala comes out of the bathroom in a pink wardrobe as her hair is soaked and wet.

"Good morning babe." She says while wrapping her hair in the towel.

"Good morning, today is finally here." I said as Kamala walks over to give me and our baby a kiss on the cheek on the cheek.

"We have to be ready as by 10, to meet up with the groomsmen and bridesmaids. Your tux is on the couch and we're gonna have a luncheon with the family." Kamala reminds me as I sat Shy down on the bed as she began crawling opposite towards Kamala.

"Aww look at our baby girl, Shy is so cute!" Kamala said cooing in sight as she decided to take a picture and record a video of our baby girl.

"That's my girl, growing up so fast already." I looked on watching our daughter crawling on the bed. Afterwards, I went ahead to go take a shower and get dressed...

After getting ready and uniting with everyone in the family. Kamala went ahead with our daughter and Kali along with the bridesmaids to the venue with Maya's wedding dress. I stayed back with the guys as the groomsmen got prepared

Donald, Kamala and Maya's father came in with his tuxedo.

"Today's the day you'll finally the day you'll be marrying Maya, how does it feel Jackson?." Kamala's father asked as I looked over to Jackson who is a little anxious and is very nervous.

"I'm a little bit nervous though, I want this to be a very special day for Maya and I don't want to screw it up" He said as my little cousins Zachary and Ezekiel came with in wearing a formal wear matching in white.

"Everything is gonna be fine Jackson, I know how it feels when the pressure for the big day is on you, I went through it, and Alex went through it, I know you got this deep down son." Donald said reassuring him as they hugged.

"I just wish your Shyamala was here to see this moment happen, she would br proud of both of you, and probably is watching down from heaven smiling." He said as I took a deep breath, there the limousine was parked outside as we hurried into the car, the securi began escorting us to the venue, as I looked out the window, no rain in sight and it's beautiful as the sun shines so bright. Soon as we was followed by the guest close to us and and relatives from each of our family members.

"The place is fully packed." I said as he laughed.

"It was too packed when you and Kamala got married, huge crowd far and wide." Jackson said recalling the event last year as I snickered.

"Oh don't remind me, it was something I'll tell you that."
