Griffin's POV
Sophia is knocked out asleep in her seat. I should be too, but I am wide awake. I'm still on cloud nine about being married.
I text Mariah and Ethan. They are coming to pick us up at the airport when we land.
I'm going to wait for a few days before I deal with Alessandro. I am seriously going to punch him in the mouth. That joke is already on the entertainment news channel. Now people are going to keep asking me if that really is my child. I will need to have a press conference to address it.
"Griffin, we are about to land."
"Thanks, Phillip. Sophia, honey, we are about to land. You have to wake up. We are about to land, and you need to buckle up."
After yawning, Sophia put on her seat belt. "How long was I asleep?"
"Since we left Italy. I should have carried you to the bedroom."
"Oh, wow. Well, we're going to need all the rest we can get, especially since we're having our reception on the weekend. Who is staying at our house for the weekend?"
Valente and Gio began the descent to the runway. "Cris, Kami, Janiyah, Graeme, Niko, Tatianna, Bliss, and Shane are staying with us."
"Okay. We'll have to go food shopping for however long they stay with us."
"We'll go Wednesday. I believe Janiyah, Graeme, Bliss, Shane, Adrian, and Brently will be coming on Wednesday. Tatianna and Niko will arrive Thursday. Cris and Kami will be here on Friday."
The plane landed. After taking off our seat belts, I looked out the window and saw Ethan driving towards the plane.
"I'll get the luggage after I finish talking to Valente and Gio."
"Okay. I'm going to Mariah and Ethan."
Sophia's POV
As soon as I stepped off the plane, Mariah squeezed me tight.
"So, how's married life treating you?"
"Married life is great. We had an amazing time. But, we also had drama in Italy."
"We saw Griffin on the news. Like, why would that chick do that?!"
"Because a certain Greek guy that I dated told Chloe that Griffin was easy to tease. Griffin will be paying Alessandro a visit soon. Let's go sit in the truck."
My legs feel so tired that I need a massage.
"Your kids missed you. They whimpered most of the time, wondering where you and Griffin were."
