Griffin's POV
Talk about a wake-up call and a smack in my face. I received a letter from the University saying they made an error and I am a few credits short of graduating?!!! Do they realize how many years I have been out of school?!! I need a meeting ASAP with the dean. I sent Thomas an email to set it up. He sent me one back that a meeting is scheduled for Monday morning at 10:00 am. He is the only one who knows so far.
I'm a billionaire for goodness sake!! I can't be seen on some stupid college campus with horny students. I am going to be the laughing stock of the business world when this gets out.
Ugh, this is embarrassing. My bodyguards are definitely coming with me and if the teacher has a problem with it, too bad. Wait until the guys hear about this. I haven't even told my parents yet. I better pick a class soon. They didn't say a specific class to pick. Maybe I will pick the easiest one I can find. Yeah, that's what I will do.
First, let me get out of this office and head home to shower and change so I can meet the guys for a night out on the town.
"Good night, Heather," I said to her on my way to the elevator. In a flirty tone, she says, "Good night, Mr. Kelley." That reason right there is why I have a guy as my personal assistant. I let Thomas leave early on Fridays. Heather is the secretary for the executive floor.
I will never be in a relationship with a woman from my company - never. Too much drama. And, the women I have taken on dates are money hungry, boring, fake, and whiny. Until I find one that isn't any of those qualities, I will remain a bachelor.
After stepping off the elevator, I was met by my bodyguards who escorted me to my truck, which I drive myself. The only time I use the company limo is for social events or when I need to be driven to my plane to travel.
