Sophia's POV

This summer went by too fast, but it was amazing. I got married and now I am pregnant with my first child. We traveled to Greece, Ireland, London, and The Virgin Islands. Our home hunt in the Hamptons is on hold until after our baby is born.

Speaking of pregnant, I have a closet full of maternity clothes, courtesy of Papa Kelley. I'm now 12 weeks pregnant. Next month we find out if we're having a boy or girl. We already picked out which room will be for the baby. And we even picked out names for whichever gender our baby will be. Griffin already said he hopes little Kelley is a girl. I was surprised. My grandma Helena, mom, and Brigid believe I am carrying a baby girl.

Speaking of hubby, he took the day off so we could spend time together. Griffin is fixing a 'Back to University' lunch. Monday is the first day of University. I'm excited for the new year.

Griffin is outside cooking on the grill, so I walked outside to join him. I sat on one of the loungers near the pool. Yeah, we have a pool now. Griffin loves to swim, so we had one built. It's an in-ground pool with a diving board. I love to swim too, but not as much as Griffin.

"Dimples, lunch is almost done. Where would my baby mama like to eat?"

"Since it's a nice day, let's eat outside. The cold weather will be here soon."

"I agree. Have a seat, and I'll bring the rest of the food to the table."

"Okay." My animal kids followed me over to the table and made themselves comfortable by my feet.

"You two are a trip. I'm guessing you want some of what we are about to eat."

Bailey and Jellybean barked like they understood what I just said. I couldn't help but chuckle. Griffin noticed them too and laughed.

"I couldn't forget you guys. Papa has something just for you. I'll be right back."

Griffin fixed grilled chicken, salad, and baked sweet potatoes. Yummy. While fixing my plate, he came back with food for Bean and Bailey. They are happy little dogs now. Griffin left again, probably to wash his hands. Then, he came to join me.

"Thank you for lunch. The chicken is delicious. And, I believe my morning sickness has disappeared."

"I'm glad you like it. You had some rough days to the point that I considered taking you to the hospital."

"I'm glad I didn't have to go. Griffin, Brigid, and my mom approached me about a gender reveal party next month after my appointment. How do you feel about it?"

"I'm okay with it. It'll be fun. How do you feel about returning to University on Monday?"

"Okay. I'll tell Brigid and my mom yes to the party. I'm excited and nervous. I hope I'm drama-free this year."
