The airport had been evacuated, and Natasha and Lexie were walking towards where Steve and Tony were stood talking, with Rhodey and T'Challa watching.

"Your old war buddy killed innocent people yesterday," Lexie heard Tony say.

"And there are five more super soldiers just like him," Steve argued. "I can't let the doctor find them first, Tony. I can't."

"Steve..." Natasha said, making him turn around, "you know what's about to happen. Do you really want to punch your way out of this one?" Lexie wasn't saying anything, but she was watching Steve with wary eyes, hoping that he'd make the right decision and stand down.

Steve turned back to face Tony, who sighed. "All right, I've run out of patience." He brought his gauntlets together. "Underoos!"

Suddenly a spiderweb attached itself to Steves shield and took it from him, and Peter, clad in the new suit, did a flip before landing on a van in a superhero pose.

"Nice job, kid," Tony complimented.

"Thanks," he replied, and of course began to ramble. "Well, I could have stuck the landing a little better, it's just... New suit. It's nothing, Mr. Stark. It's perfect. Thank you."

"Yeah, we don't really need to start a conversation."

"Okay." He then looked at Steve doing a small salute. "Cap. Captain. Big fan. I'm Spider-Man."

"Yeah, we'll talk about it later."

"Hey, everyone," he now greeted everyone.

"Good job."

"You've been busy," Steve spoke up.

"And you've been a complete idiot," he retorted angrily. "Dragging in Clint... 'Rescuing' Wanda from a place she doesn't even want to leave, a safe place. I'm trying to keep..." he sighed. "I'm trying to keep you from tearing the Avengers apart."

"You did that when you signed," Steve sighed.

"Steve, we didn't have much of a choice," Lexie tried to reason, even though she had a feeling it was pointless. "This is the only way we can stay together."

"It'll be alright, Lexie," he spoke to her as if she was a child, making her sigh in annoyance. "I have to stop the doctor and I can't let them arrest Bucky."

Tony looked at him for a second, disappointed that he chose Bucky, who had killed Lexies biological parents, brainwashed or not, over Lexie and her entire future. "All right, we're done. You're gonna turn Barnes over, you're gonna come with us, now, because it's us... or a squad of J-SOC guys... with no compunction about being impolite," he paused. "Come on," he muttered.

Suddenly, Steve held up his tied hands and an arrow cut through the web. Tonys Iron Man helmet came on and a man, who Lexie did not know, appeared out of nowhere on Steves shield, kicking Peter.
