During the fight, the glove was passed from person to person, everyone was doing their part to get the it to the time machine.

While Peter had it, bombs came raining down from the ship above them, and the magicians put up a force field to protect everyone.

Lexie had just cut down another alien, when she heard Peter over the comms.

"Help, somebody help!"

She looked around her and saw Peter being overrun by the enemy on the other side of the battlefield. She couldn't reach him. Luckily Steve, Pepper and the horse girl Lexie still didn't know the name of, helped him. However, before they reached the van, they were shot down, and Peter fell down not far from where Lexie was.

"Peter!" She began to run toward him, but just before she reached him, they were both cast back by several bombs that fell around them, separating them.

Suddenly, the bombs stopped coming and the ship directed its cannons elsewhere.

"What the hell is this?" Sam asked over the comms.

"Friday, what are they firing at?" Tony asked.

"Something just entered the upper atmosphere."

Lexie then saw a ball of fire coming straight towards the ship and crashed through it, causing it to power down. She could then see clearly that the person was Carol Danvers.

"Thank God," she sighed in relief.

Carol brought the ship down into the lake and it was time to keep going.

"Danvers, we need an assist here," Steve ordered.

She ascended in front of Peter, who, like Lexie, was still collapsed on the ground.

Lexie got back up on her feet when she saw the alien army gathering again, and coming towards them. She walked over to Carol, as others joined as well.

"Don't worry," Wanda told him.

"She's got help," Okoye finished as all the women on the Avengers' side teamed up and faced the army dead-on.

Lexie ran forwards and just before she reached the army, she let out a shout and drover her katana into the ground immediately causing a darkness to spread out in front of her, and the aliens near her fell dead.

She killed many of them, but it was extremely draining. When she stopped using her powers, and her eyes returned to normal, her skin was pale and it felt like she needed to sleep for an entire week.

She stumbled to her feet and began walking towards where some of her teammates were. Halfway there, the blast from the van blowing up swept across the entire battlefield, and she was thrown back to the ground.
