Damon and Daniella were in the boarding house along with Stefan, Elena, and Jeremy. Alaric locked up in the cells in the basement after his alter ego had taken control and hid one of the White Oak stakes.
"I still don't understand what's so bad about killing the originals." Elena started with her words directed to Stefan mainly. "I mean after all they did..." She turned her gaze back to Damon and something about the way she was looking at his didn't set well with Daniella.
"According to Daniella here" Damon started and nodded with his head in her direction, "Killing one means killing their entire line"
Elena gave Daniella a doubtful look and narrowing her eyes she said, "and how can you be so sure"
I have a demon living within me and he told me about the bloodlines and all of that.
Daniella desperately wanted to say this, but she knew it wouldn't go down. So, she decided against it. She sighed, "I don't think Alaric will only try to kill the originals, but he'd go for all of us: vampires and sympathizers."
Elena jumped off her seat and shook her head in obvious denial, "You all know Alaric, he isn't like that!"
Jeremy jumped in the conversation, seemingly exasperated. "He tried to kill Meredith, Elena!"
"So, we all suddenly trust her? She was working with Elijah, he brought her to this town. Maybe, they told her to say so" Elena retorted in a frantic voice, then she turned an accusing glare to Damon. "You were the one who said that she isn't to be trusted, that no one comes to Mystic Falls out of sheer coincidence"
Damon was about to retort, but Daniella held him back by the arm. At that same time, Stefan interrupted the scene which was about to escalate. "This is one useless argument. Alaric has a stake that could potentially end an entire bloodline, we need to bring out his evil alter ego so he could tell us where the hell he hid it".
Elena stood next to Caroline, "We will try and re-build family trees, so we know which original not to kill"
Daniella huffed and angrily walked out of the boarding house, followed by Damon. She was next to her car and about to open the door when he wrapped his arm around her shoulder.
"What's wrong?"
She turned to face him, crossed her arms over her chest, then said, "What's wrong? You want to kill The Originals, Damon! And you have the nerve to ask me what's wrong?"
She was whisper-yelling, but she also tried to remain as calm as possible. Daniella wasn't sure which part bothered her more: where they want to kill the Originals, or the part that an entire bloodline could end because they killed an original.
She was so disappointed, particularly at Elena.
Damon took a step back from her and raised one eyebrow, "So?" He shrugged, "What if we want to kill them?"
