Stefan arrived along with Elijah in front of Elena's house. Neither of them thought about the unlikely alliance forming between them. They both wanted the same things. At the sight of Daniella and Damon, Stefan flashed inside of Elena's house with the urgency of a man carrying the burdens of the world on his shoulders.

Elena.

He did his best to not dwell over their relationship. Everything was fucked up between them at the time being and he was partly at fault for that. However, his feeling for her remained strong. Would they ever get back to how things used to be? He didn't think so, especially now that he knew of her feelings towards his brother. He knew it all along, he would admit to himself.

Inside, he found Elena unconscious in her living room. He jumped to check on her, but he let a sigh or relief knowing that Daniella had not killed her. However, his face turned to one of horror at the possibility of what she had done.

If she didn't kill her, then did she turn her emotions off? That was the last question he could think off before Elena opened her eyes.

Elijah stared at the sight of Damon and Daniella standing face to face. This isn't Daniella. He had to remind himself. He walked towards Daniella, "Valkov, what is it you want? What are you planning to achieve with this mess you're making?"

"Survive. We must survive, Elijah" She stated with his voice rather than hers.

Valkov could feel the creeping weakness of the body he was in. He could feel the spell he had done to turn off Elena's emotions taking its effect on their body. He knew that he must get out of here. He wouldn't and couldn't give them the chance to stop him.

He tried to transport himself, like he had done before, he knew he would need to drain someone out of their energy soon. But first, he needed to get out of this place. However, he couldn't. he could feel his body being trapped. His eyes caught those of the Bennet witch standing a bit farther and chanting under breath.

The strength of her spell made the wind pick up, making her hair fly around her face. Valkov, for his part tried to counter her spell with one of his own, but he could feel the body he inhabited giving up on him.

Damon let out a sigh of relief at the sight of Bonnie; it was short lived though. He didn't want Daniella hurt. He turned to Elijah, "She's hurting her" he said after Daniella's body fell on her knees her face scrunched in pain.

Elijah shook his head, his eyes not leaving Daniella, "She won't die. Bonnie is simply trapping her, preventing him from teleporting them out"

Earlier at the boarding house

Elijah and Bonnie sat in front of the fireplace. "How powerful is she exactly?" Bonnie had asked watching the fire with a tone laced with worry.

"Extremely" Elijah said then turned to her, "The limitations of her powers are unknown, even to me"

Bonnie let out a long sigh, "Why didn't you leave with them?" She asked after a moment of silence. Rebekah and Klaus both declared that they wanted nothing of this mess. They announced that they would pack and leave. Bonnie had found extremely strange that Elijah told them he would wait in the small town to take care of Daniella's problem.

It was clear to her, and to everyone, that Elijah cares a great deal for Daniella. However, bonnie found herself wondering to what extent exactly. She couldn't help but wonder about the kind of feelings he had for her.
