It was finally done, Klaus was back to his body. He told her that he would stick to his promise and leave the town of Mystic Falls, claiming that he was already done with it.
Daniella opened the door to her house, Elijah had made sure to fix it before they had left town, and walked to her empty living room.
The house hadn't felt that dead before, but at that moment Daniella felt like she stood in an empty graveyard with no sound but the howling wind.
She had left her front door open. Although they hadn't said a word to each, Damon had been following her all along.
He stood at the threshold of her house, and without soaring him a glance she said, "You can stand here all night or you can come in". He didn't need to be told twice as he took his first step inside the house.

"You're leaving again" Bonnie stated rather than asked. She was walking with Elijah in the woods, making their way back to he main road. They had let the others go before them and stayed back without even agreeing to before hand.
Elijah only nodded with his hands in his pockets, "Seems like the only way about it"
A moment of silence then Bonnie started, "I know there's no way around it. I know you cannot stay here..." Her words ended yet they sounded unfinished. Incomplete.
"You understand more than anyone what I am Ms. Bennet" Elijah said flatly.
She stopped walking and crossed her arms over her chest, "So, we're back to Ms. Bennet?"
Elijah turned and only graced her with a small smile. "It wasn't my intention Bonnie"
"Yeah" she replied dismissively then walked closer, "As an answer to your question, I know what you are quite well. It's who you are that I'm trying to figure out". She stressed the "who" as she said.
Bonnie wouldn't call herself the most daring, but she wasn't a coward either. Elijah intrigued her in some kind of way and she wanted to look into it... She wanted to look into him.
At first she had been hesitant. There were so many reasons. On the top of them the fact that he was Klaus' brother and she was get to understand the kind of feelings he held for Daniella.
"That's a tale of a thousand years"
"You are not getting any older" Bonnie replied with an easy shrug and a small chuckle. The both of them walked together, and they could both sense that something has shifted between them.
I'm so going to hell for this.
Bonnie thought to herself but walked with him trying to contain her smile nevertheless.

"I don't know what you are here for Damon". Daniella stated coldly. "I hear Elena is in love with you, isn't that right? Your life dream has come true" she chuckled humorlessly.
Damon clenched his jaw, "And I see you getting cozy with Elijah, you were with him for over a week"
She rolled her eyes, "I'm not even talking about that again" she shook her head and was about to walk away from him, when he grabbed her by the arm.
"You don't even smell like you anymore. He's all over you, and it's driving me crazy". He had promised himself that he would remain clam and apologize for his misconduct. But something about her always drove his emotions raw.
She pulled her arm away from his grasp roughly, "And you've been with her the entire time! She's sired to you! I mean what could possibly be worse than that! At least Elijah doesn't have fantasies about bending me to the table and fucking me relentlessly".
