"Of Course baby I'll be right back, take it easy in there ok?"

I nod and head straight for the shower turning it on to the highest setting. I stand under the stream of water and try to move all my muscles. I scrub my hair for what felt like hours so I could get all the blood out of it.

When I am done I dry down fast and go back into the room to find one of Cadens T-shirts and a pair of sweats then link the doctor to tell her I'm heading for breakfast.

She walks through the door as caden wakes up

"Let me check your head before you go please?"

I nod and sit down so she can do her checks. When she was finished, Caden stood up and kissed me softly.

"Zero fighting for a few days your body needs time to make more blood. Other than bruising your good to go"

"Thank you doc, caden carry me to breakfast?"

I smiled sweetly at him and he chuckles and holds out his arms I climb up his body and wrap my arms around his waist and rest my head on his shoulder, he holds onto my ass and we leave the room

"I know I only lost you for a few hours but I never want to lose you again. I can't breathe without you"

"I know the feeling. I missed you so damn much. I don't care what we come up against next. We don't leave each other's side ever again. Mountain ash or not."

I kiss him softly letting my tongue slowly poke out and touch his lip. He opens his mouth and deepens the kiss, I practically melt in his arms in happiness.

We stay like this until we make it to the dining room. I'm not sure how he can walk and kiss but he is damn good at it.

When we arrive he sits us at the table and holds me tight

"Oh Baylee, it's so good to see you up. You gave us a real scare there for a while. What would you like for breakfast? Name it and I will make it for you"

Evelyn was at the counter gathering the coffee pot and cups for us, her face full of concern for me. I grinned at her.

"Now Evelyn we both know it will take a lot more than that to put me in the ground. I'm good I promise"

She set the cups down then pulled us both into a hug. We hugged her back and smiled at her when she pulled away.

"Even so you must take it easy for a few days"

"Oh she will. I promise she's not going to do a thing other than rest for the next while"

Caden replied before he burry's his head in my neck and kissed it making me giggle.

Just then, mum walks in with dad followed by a whole lot of rogues. I must have pulled a face because dad laughed at me and grinned

"They are staying here until their houses are finished. You need to accept them into the pack because they are stinking the house up. How are you feeling baby?"

Dad hunches down to my level and takes my face in his hands and kisses my forehead

"I'm ok dad. And you're right you all stink. Come let's do this now or I won't be able to eat breakfast, caden will you do the honours?"

"Ofcourse Luna"

He kisses me again then turns to the rogues.

"Line up"

They line up and one after the other they are welcomed into our pack. By the end we can all breathe again as the stench of rogues disappears.

We eat breakfast and listen to their stories of how they were captured, then tortured and made to fight against their will.
