I said taking a swig of tequila as her cheeks went bright red. I laughed at her reaction and shook my head at her.

"Come on, you will find a mate someday. Until then have some fun."

"I know you're right. And to be honest I'm not even sure I want a mate"

"Oh don't be sour, everyone says that until they meet their mate then they can't live without them."

I answer as I yawn.

"We better get going before the government starts sending in people to see what's happening. I really am not in the humor for another war"

"Agreed. See you later bitch"

"Not if I see you first. Love you all but hell I need a bed before I drop"

I waved at them and headed straight to the human man that helped us. He was surrounded in the happy couples and looked genuinely happy for them all. The woman looked scared but genuinely happy to be united with there mates. One woman in particular starts to strip her mates T-shirt of and climbs up his body and swings the white T-shirt in the air making us all laugh.

The man shakes his head and approaches us with a wide grin

"You will never have trouble from us again. Thank you for saving them"

Then he shakes his head in disbelief

"No thank you for saving everyone. Thank you."

"You're coming home with us until I know we have all the info we need. You can room with mark until this is cleared up"

"Mark the scientist guy? I thought he was dead"

"Nah. Not yet anyway. We might let him live or maybe not. I find it harder to kill people when I get to know them so we will just have to wait and see, plus it looks like his wife has other plans"

I snigger as I watch a tiny woman maul one of my warriors against a truck

"Since when? I watched you kill your best friend because he turned out to be a spy"

Caden said with a smirk. The humans eyes widened and I shrugged

"Well to be fair I didn't know him very well if he was a spy now did I? Come human, but please give me your name so I can stop calling you human"

"Em a erm I'm"

"The truth human because my mother can read your thoughts and find out and I hate liars"

"No im just nervous my name is Max"

I nodded then shrugged

"So we have a max and a mark. Cool i've always wanted pets"

Caden laughed as Max's heart started to beat even faster than before

"She's joking max. Baylee stop doing that if his heart rate goes up any faster he will have a damn heart attack"

I climbed into the jeep as mum, dad and Lola got in the back and behind them was max and mark. We stopped to get Lola a happy meal and then went straight home exhausted and ready for bed.
