ARIA’S POV

Hindi ako makapaniwalang nandito ako ulit. I fell like I belong here. A place where I can show my other self. I am Aria outside, but here, I’m their Miss Janelle.

Napangiti ako. Its good to be back.

I took a deep breath and ------ “Did you miss me??”

 

The crowd answers me with a loud scream while calling my name. lumawak lalo ang pagkakangiti ko. Though hindi ko masyadong Makita ang mga tao sa paligid dahil sakin nakatutok ang ilaw, I know they are happy to see me and I to them.

“well, what can I do for you……. masters?” bahagya akong yumukod katulad ng mga ginagawa ng mga alipin sa kanilang mga amo. Pero sa lugar na to ako ang amo at sila ang alipin ko.

Alipin ng tinig ko. So, yeah, I can sing.

“Sing for us, Miss Janelle!” narinig ko sigaw ng isang lalaki sa bandang kaliwa ko. I smile to their direction, I don’t see them though.

“as you wish. 1, 2, 3… go!”  I said playfully. Kasabay nun ang biglang pagbukas ng ilaw sa likod kung saan kita ang mga kabanda ko. Ang ‘The Knight’. A loud thud of from our drummer starts the music.. a rock version of ‘Breathless’.

DJ POV

The music start and here I am, watching her like a dumb found jerk drooling over her beauty.

“of course we do! It so boring when you’re not here, Ms. Janelle!” someone shout.

“aww, dude! You hurt us!” napalingon ako agad ng marinig ko yung pamilyar na boses na yun. And what the fuck! Nakaakbay pa sya kay Aria habang nakahawak sa dibidib nya as if nasaktan talaga sya.

“alangan naming ikaw ang abangan namin, dude. Ang creepy nun!” and the crowd laugh and shout some cat calls like ‘marry me, Brix’ or ‘be mine, Brix’ or---------

“Be my Girlfriend, Ms. Janelle.” WTF!!?

Napalingon ako ng may narinig akong humagikhik. “oh come on guys! Janelle will do. Drop the miss its too formal you know.”

Shit! Someone ask her to be his girlfriend but she just laugh at it. My God! Kung hindi ko lang naiisip na pwede kaming ma-ban rito baka kanina ko pa hinunting yung sumigaw at binugbug hanggang sa makontento ako.
