27. A beautiful journey

The next morning,

Everyone were ready to leave. A luxury bus was waiting at the entrance of the mansion. They were going to start in half an hour. Mehra and Jaisingh family were there only busy in conversation with elder. The luggage were being loaded in the bus.

"Seriously Uttara? Two bags? Everyone is supposed to have only one. And what have you packed in this? It's too heavy." Arav asked dragging her two bags while your highness was walking behind him with a handbag that he has bought for her from Newyork.

"Come on bhai, I just put few pairs of clothes and my essential things. And it's good that it's heavy. See, you are exercising too. Your muscles will be strong." Uttara said said patting his biceps and gave a cheeky smile.

Arav shook his head unbelievably at his sister.
"You are antique piece, no doubt." Arav muttered.

"Yeah, I know that. Come on, be fast. You are so slow bhai." Uttara paced outside leaving Arav with her bags.

"Yes Ma'am." Arav rolled his eyes and that's when he heard someone's laughing voice.

"So, you became the scapegoat. Hahaha." Laksh laughed loudly.

"Stop showing your teeth, you idiot. You ran away and I got caught just because of you." Arav said.

"Thank you for praising. I gladly accept the credit." Laksh said with chuckle.

"Arav bhai!! Where did you stuck?" They heard Uttara's voice.

"Cominggg yaar!!" Arav shouted.

"Go, go. Before the volcano burst out." Laksh said and again laughed while Arav glared cursing him in whispers and went from there.

"What are doing here Laksh? Are all luggage loaded in bus?" Annapurna asked coming there with Sujatha.

"Yes mom, don't worry. Uttara was last as she finally completed her packing before we leave." Laksh said with chuckle.

Annapurna smiled.

"Good. By the way, where is Sanskar? Is he ready?" She asked.

"He was ready I saw..." Laksh was saying when they heard Sanskar's voice.

"Yes Badi Maa, what happened?" Sanskar came there.

"Nothing, I was just asking about you. If you are ready or not." Annapurna said.

"Yeah, it's good that everything is done but where are Shekhar ji and Shomi ji? They didn't come yet?" Sujatha asked.

That's when they heard car sound.

"Here come your soon to be in-laws, bhai." Laksh said dramatically only to earn a light slap on his arm from Annapurna for teasing Sanskar.

They came out and greeted everyone. Ram and Dp also met them.

"We were just waiting for you and glad that you are coming with us." Ram said.

Shekhar and Shomi nodded with smile. They were having casual conversation while Sanskar was confused, not finding Swara with them. Is she not coming? He thought.

That's when he heard Shomi.

"Yeah, she has some paper works for music school which may take of days. So, she will join us later." Shomi said.

"That's completely alright Shomi ji. We understand." Annapurna said.

Listening this, Sanskar face expression turned dull. He knew Music school was just an excuse and he talked to her last night. Does she not want to come with them? Is there anything troubling her? Or is it because what he had done at the dinner date night? But her voice was soft, she was calm. She may sounded a bit unsure but he had belief that she will come. But she didn't.
He was happy and waiting for this morning so eagerly, to see her beautiful face yet again, to talk to her, to start a new journey. But she didn't come.
