A Dream Come True (R5 Fan Fic)

Introducing me, Kat

My name is Jessica Katrina Garnett. But since I hate my first name all my friends and family call me Katrina, Kat or Trina. I'm 16 and I have 2 younger brothers, Jason who's 10, and Charlie, 9. I also have an older brother, Benjamin, 18. Benjamin and I are like best friends since there's only a year between us. He's my best friend, apart from Suzie.

I've known Suzie since kindergarten. It was our first day of class and I was so scared to talk to the other kids when she walked up to me and introduced herself. We liked all the same things and got along so well that we became best friends for life after one day.

Growing up with Suzie was awesome. Nothing changed, we still love the same things. In primary school it was horses and "The Saddle Club". Then boys, of course!! Haha. In high school we were still boy crazy but the boys had changed. These boys were from the amazing band R5! Suzie and I LOVE R5. We have so many posters of them and all they're songs. Whenever we hang out all we talk about is the Lynch boys, and Ratliff. Even when we hang out with Ben we still talk about R5, though he doesn't mind because he thinks that Rydel is hot. Boys, you can't live with 'em, you can't live without 'em.

One day Ben, Suzie, Cameron (Ben best mate), and I were hanging out after school at the beach. Ben and Cameron were playing around in the water while me and Suzie were gossiping about the boys in our class. "OMG, did you see how hot Blake looked in his footy shorts?" Suzie asked with way too much excitement.
"Yeah I did, but he's nothing compared to how good looking Dylan looks in his swim shorts. I mean seriously, the swim carnival was the best day of my life!" I replied.

"Ok seriously I'm friends with both of those guys, I don't need that imagery," Cameron said from behind Suzie.
"Ew, you're getting me wet. Cameron go away!" Suzie scream at him
"Oh, you don't like this?" Cameron asked while he stood over her and dripped water all over her outfit.
"Ew, I can't believe Riker, Rocky, Ratliff, Ross and Ryland are from the same species," Suzie scoffed. Ben and I just laughed at them, we had a bet that they would be a couple before Suzie and I graduated next year.
"What's so funny?" Suzie looked at me wanting an explanation.
"Don't worry about it Suz," I replied.

"Hey, guys. What's the name of that band you like?" Cameron asked us looking up from his phone.
"R5," me and Suzie answered at the same time, which earned a laugh from the boys. "Why?" I asked back.
"Because they just announced that they're doing a tour and they're coming to Australia,"
Suzie and I just looked at each other with the most excited expressions on our faces. We were frozen like that for what seemed like hours although it was most likely a few seconds. Once we gained control of our bodies again we screamed. And I mean screamed. The boys had to cover their ears and some strangers around us were giving us some really weird looks.
"We have to go!!" I yelled at everyone.
"Totally!!" Suzie screamed in my face. Ben just looked at us and and nodded

It's agreed. We're going to see R5 live in concert!!!!! Aaaaaaaahhhhhh!!!!!!! 😍❤️
