Kat's P.O.V.

I was laying in bed waiting for Ross to get off the phone Sara. When he found out yesterday he was hysterical. Crying all day until his mum came in to see why we'd been in bed all day.

*The day before*

"Ross, Kat. You've been in here all day. You need to come out." she said before noticing Ross crying in my lap. "Honey, what's wrong? Why're you crying?" She asked sitting next to him on the bed.
"I...eh.. she's...I can't....." he stammered. I decided to help him out.
"He got a girl back in Australia pregnant." Her face dropped. She looked so disappointed.
"Oh, Ross. Honey..." She said rubbing her hand along his back.
"How could you do this? To Kat? To your brothers and sister? To your father and I?!" She started to raise her voice at him. Ross just pulled his head up from my lap and looked at his mum.
"I'm sorry Mom. I didn't mean to. It was an accident. I don't know what to do?" He managed to get out without crying.

"I'm disappointed in you, but you've made this mess you have to clean it up, Ross. How did this even happen?"
"I was upset Kat was going on a date with Ellington, so I went for a walk and met this girl. I ended up at her place and... I never meant for this to ever happen. I love Kat." He placed his hand on my cheek. I didn't flinch away completely but I did move back slightly so he couldn't touch me. He could tell how upset about this I was. His hand fell hard back onto the bed.
"I love you Kat, I'm sorry." Was all he said before he got up off the bed.
"Ross. Shor. Lynch! Where do you think you're going?!" Stormie said, standing up from the bed.

"I'm getting out of here. Kat can't stand me, and you're clearly pissed at me." He turned and said to us.
"Is that how your father and I raised you? To walk away from your issues?"
"Well I didn't think me being here right now would help anyone."
"So you're going to go off on your own? Maybe find yourself in yet another girls house?" I said, finally getting up from the bed.
"No Kat. I-I just thought I'd give you space." He said.
"So you think you know what I want? You think I'd just want you to leave? I'm upset about this, yes. But I don't want to just give up!? If that's who you think I am maybe this isn't worth it," I walked passed him into the hallway.
"Kat!" I heard him yell but I honestly didn't care. Does he really just give up that easy? Is he really that kind of guy?

I had just reached the bottom of he stairs when I felt someone pull me back by my shoulders. I didn't have a moment to register what was happening, when someone had pressed their lips against mine. When they pulled away I saw Ross standing in front of me.
"This IS worth it." he said pulling me into a hug.
"I honestly wish I hadn't done what I did. In Australia, and up there," he pointed up the stairs to his room. "I'm just freaking out so much about this, and I keep expecting you to leave."
"So you're pushing me away because you think I'll just leave you?" I asked him. I saw Stormie walk out of his room and stand at the top of the stairs watching us.
"Yeah," he looked down at his feet.
"I know it's only been two weeks, but you and I have something special. And we weren't together when you... did what you did. Who would I be if I didn't help those I care about when they need me?"
"YOU are something special, not just us." He lightly kissed my nose.

"So what're you going to do about all this stuff with...um, I don't even know her name." I realised.
"Her name is Sara, and I don't know."
"Well, as your mum said. You made this mess, you have to clean it up. You should take responsibility for this." I looked up at Stormie when I said that. She smiled back down at me.
"How?" He asked me.
"Well, you...uh... You be there for her. When she needs it. When she calls you, you talk to her. Send her money for anything she might need and when you can you visit her and take care of her." I said trying to help this situation.
"And you'd be cool with all that? Me having to take care of another girl?" He asked me.
"It's the right thing to do, Ross. And I trust you. But if anything does happen, you'll. be. sorry." I stared him right in the eyes. He had this really cute little scared look in his eyes until I let up and smiled. He smiled his gorgeous smile and we hugged, for a really long time.
