CHAPTER SIX a spark.
unedited
Monday came much quicker than Hwa Young wanted. It was far too fast for her liking.
That very morning, she wanted to bury herself in her blankets, and sleep until the next century. Nonetheless, the teacher found herself locking up her classroom, and timidly walking through the silent halls of the elementary she worked at.
She wished she could just go home, hang out with whomever was at the share house, and forget that she was engaged to the largest business magnet in South Korea.
It would've been a dream.
Yet, Hwa Young stood at the front entrance of the school, staring down from where she stood at the top of the steps, to Renjun in his luxury car.
He pushed his sunglasses up to create a make shift hand band for his dark bangs, revealing the glimmer in his eyes that contrasted the mischievous smirk on his face.
"Hello fiancée," He chimed enthusiastically.
The woman could only look around in panic. She feared someone hearing, because if word got out, marriage was one thing, a sugar daddy was a whole other chaos bound to break loose.
"Shh, it's been an hour since school ended, but some teachers and staff still hang around," She scolded in paranoia. Hwa Young raced down the front stairs, her flats clicking as they traveled to the car's passenger side.
Renjun laughed in amusement as he watched her try to open the door, but ultimately failing as the male kept it locked. "Why would you need to hide that you're engaged? It's a very normal thing," He teased.
