The pair sat peacefully at their kitchen counter, having finished their breakfast and now just chatting to catch up on the days they've missed when they were apart. "Can we do gifts now?" Renjun interrupted, an enthusiastic glint shimmering in his eyes.
Hwa Young's glanced up from her empty plate and nodded slowly. The be truthful, the woman was very anxious about her gift for him. She was embarrassed to say how much she's thought and spent on his gift. Her former roommates teased her when they found out what she had bought.
Rini chuckled into her hand, having been told what Hwa Young was planning to gift her fiancée. "And you have the balls to tell me you don't love him anymore? Yeah right,"
Eunbi, another roommate, tsked at the older. "You spent that much as a teacher? You're actually crazy,"
"Oh, yeah, um can I receive yours first?" The ravenette asked, reeling a large grin to grow atop the other's face.
"Excited are we?" He teased, sliding off his stool.
Hwa Young giggled nervously and fiddled with her necklace. "More like nervous for my gift to you," She mumbled, watching as the male traveled around the kitchen counter and to the pineapple that sat in the corner of their living room.
Returning back to her, he held one large box and two envelopes. He sat atop the stool next to her, and placed the envelopes on the counter and shoved the wrapped present in her hands. "Open it," He urged excitedly; him showing more enthusiasm than the actual gift receiver.
