Chapter 6

3rd pov

Tsunade sat at her desk looking at the old mission reports that were hidden in an old box with a different title then what the papers really were. The title on the box said
"old ANBU files"

She picked up the paper and flipped through them, a heavy sigh left her mouth. She placed the papers down and rubbed her temple, she didn't know what to do.

"What are you going to do"

She jumped a little at the voice, she looked up and saw Jiraiya standing there. He walked in and closed the door.

"I have no clue" Tsunade mumbled

"Don't you think she deserves to know the truth about what really happened to her clan that night" Jiraiya asked

"She does but she not ready to know the truth yet Jiraiya" Tsunade told him

"Or is it because you don't want to tell her the truth" he questioned

"No it's just she's not ready to know" Tsunade said raising her voice slightly

"Tsunade I spent a year and a half with her I know for a fact that she's more then ready to know what really happened to her clan on that night" Jiraiya said with a little frustration

"AND I'M SAYING SHES NOT" Tsunade yelled

Tsunade took a deep breath and calmed her breathing

"Tsunade she needs to know the truth soon and not her finding it out on her own" Jiraiya said

"Yah and what do you think she'll do huh because I know for a fact that she'll feel betrayed by us" Tsunade said with anger

"Yah and how do you think she'll feel if we don't tell her the truth" Jiraiya started raising his voice

"What do you want me to say Jiraiya do you want me to tell her that it was the village that killed her clan that it was an order by the villages elders huh" Tsunade shout with pain in her voice

She was fighting back tears, she wanted to tell her so bad but she knew she couldn't. It hurt her knowing she couldn't tell her because she knew Y/n would lash out and try to attack the village, or would feel betrayed by her and by the whole village.

"Yes Tsunade she has the right to know what really happened that night and who killed her clan yes she may feel betrayed or hurt but she needs to know" Jiraiya shouted back

"No Jiraiya she can't know yet she'll most likely leave the village or feel so hurt and betrayed and try to attack" Tsunade shout with anger

"Okay and that's a risk we have to take Tsunade it would be better for her to find out from us the people who care for her then her finding out herself when she looking through the files or she accidentally comes across these files" Jiraiya shouts with anger as he held up the files on the clans massacre

Tsunade stood up and slammed her hand on her desk.

"I know Jiraiya but she not ready yet" Tsunade shouted

"She won't ever be ready for the truth Tsunade" Jiraiya shouted

Tsunade fell into her sit and put her head in her hands.

"I know Jiraiya and I'll tell her" Tsunade mumbled out

Jiraiya headed towards the door and open it, he went to walk out but stopped and looked over his shoulder.

"Make sure it's soon Tsunade" he said

With that he left the room closing the door behind him, Tsunade stood up and put the files back in the box. She then walked out of her office box in hand and went to put it away.
