Dear future Soham,

Ok, so now that we're here. Let me explain everything. So the whole unproductive segment began after the productivity app I used to use called FLIP was removed from my phone. I was an active premium member but then one day I had to repurchase the membership coz it got over but for some reason, I couldn't coz of technical faults. So I said to myself, let's try a week without it, let's see what will happen. And we'll a lot happened. I didn't use the app for the up and coming 4 months and life was a complete mess. I used to hit a goal of 6 hours studying when I had the app, I was super productive, not wasting time on anything, even my screen time used to be 2.5 hours, 1 hour for reading Kindle on my phone and 1 hour for the metronome I used to play during Guitar practice. The rest of 30 mins were what a normal being does on their/her/his phone. The following weeks were bad, screen time was now 6 hours, I started watching way too much YouTube and my condition just deteriorated. On and on and on. I even had some holidays. So I went to the Maldives 2 weeks ago, we were going to go for my mom's bday but we couldn't go during that week, so instead, we went a week before her birthday. It was my family of four and then my grandparents, my pop's parents. So we all 6 went for 5 days and 4 nights. We spent the first 3 days staying on an island called Mafushi and stayed in Kaani Hotels. This hotel was on the cheaper side; around ₹7-8k a day. We had some fun there and for the next day we went to another island, this one was a private island and the rent per day was much much higher. We took 2 rooms ofc, one room was for ₹70k a day and the other one was ₹85k a day. Dammn Expensive, Like that, is a lot of money. The first room was a beach room, so we had a personal pool right outside our cottage and then the back like 10m away from it. Whereas the latter and the more expensive room was a water villa. Where your cottage is on water, they put stilts below your house and it's in the was on top of the water. The rent was 10x more than the previous hotel and the experience was also most definitely 10-11x. It was beautiful, the rooms were just marvellous and you could stare at them for hours maybe, but seeing that water was also just wonderful. What I did on multiple occasions in the beach villa was that I would dive into the pool, then run to the beach, then take a shower, and get back to the pool. It was the ultimate experience. I recorded everything on the journey so I could post it all onto Youtube and make video's as my grandfather, like's to watch them. I don't remember if I have written anything about my drama school but I go to one, and there we have an annual annual day. This year it was or should I say "is" because it is about to take place in a few days, is also online just like the previous year. And I am much more than delighted to tell you that I was made a part of the Core Team. There is a net of 30 student's across the 4 houses. I am in Peter Pan, there also exists Willy Wonka, Severus Snape and Henry Higgins. There is one director, one Production Manager and 4 Core Team members across each house. And we 6 form the head of our houses. We lead everything and our input is the output of a net of 24 students. So, I was very happy to get selected and over 2 months/8 weeks, you have to create a production. This year the task was to twist a fairytale and that would be your story. We made an original twist, an original script and everything original. We've been putting in a lot of effort. We also have to create this trailer for it, so we can promote the production and also get likes on the trailer because there is the biggest trophy dedicated to whoever gets the most no. of likes. My grandfather wanted videos of me. For which I recorder clips and I had my editor, my cousin edit them for me. He just stopped doing it coz he got tired; I got tired too but didn't stop recording. I recorded every single day of March 2021 so that when I am 18 years old I could go back and see what life was like. When he quit I didn't know what to do, so those clips just sat there in Google Photos for 5 months until I finally decided to take a step and edit them. That got me into editing and proudly I was able to edit all the remaining 25 videos of the remaining 25 days. On the 31st day of March, that video went up a month back. That's how long it took for all of them to go up on the YouTube channel but it was worth it. As our production was going to be going live on my Drama Schools YouTube, we houses had to edit the videos too. And it's just that I was in the right place at the exact right time. No one else in my house knew how to edit, out of those 30 kids only I could edit. My Dad was super duper happy to hear about this. He told me at the start of it that if you spot an opportunity, don't say "I'll think about it" or "I can't" instead grab it. Because if you don't take it, someone else will and you will lose that spot forever. So I took every opportunity I found for work and I took it up. I called up a lot of parents' explaining what we need their children to wear for the clips we needed to shoot. And It was a lovely experience to call people, manage, arrange and also edit. The Trailer was completely edited by me. And I made an awesome trailer. It took me about 12 hours and 3.5 hours of thought to make it but that was time and effort well spent. Although we aren't on course to get the number of likes needed to win that trophy I am just glad about what I made and everybody who said the video was great. No one directly said it to me because no one knew about the fact that I had done it apart from the relatives that my grandfather had sent it to. But all the Parents of the students said that we as a team did a great job in that video and that was just awesome, I felt nice. Two days ago, the Tuesday or the 30th of November, we went to a restaurant and after that to one of the Core Members houses to record clips for the final production, we spent 5 hours doing that, we had loads and so so much fun, easily one of the most memorable days ever. We laughed we ate we worked! I got home @10 in the night and my mom was super worried and kind of angry. Now that is the past. Let's get to the present. Today was jam-packed, I finally thank you god got up at 5 in the morning this whole thing to change myself to become better at what I need to do. I finally woke up at 5 am after 8 weeks. I started studying Maths, then bio wasted one hour, then studied chemistry, then edited my mom's bday vlog{now on my YouTube}, attended classes, then I took a break of an hour, I had a meeting with my PP(Peter Pan House) director; to tell me how she wants it to look. Then I did that. Then spent an hour on my phone. Then it was time for PP rehearsal- Weekly Thursday 5-7. We shot the end credits scene and played games. Then the core team  stayed back and discussed how are we going to continue. Then I was damn tired then we were eating dinner and then I got into writing here. Divyam (my younger brother) is a little sick so I went to buy medicine's mid writing. But yeah that was the day- Today. I still got 40 words left to complete my 1500 word target.
