The Wrongfully Accused - Vi x Fem OC/Reader (Arcane:LoL)

Chapter 5

"What the hell was that?!"
Vi exclaimed after helping Dina to her concrete bunk, she simply shrugged before touching the back of her head, checking for any signs of bleeding.
"Look, I'm not going to stand down and kiss the feet of some ogre"
Dina argued, bringing her hand forth and seeing wet blood on her fingers.
"No one told you to. But you didn't need to make enemies on your first day here!"
Vi complained, pacing the stone cell with her head in her hands, frustrated. She finally stopped and looked at Dina, seeing her bloody hands. 

The pink haired inmate took a deep breath before pulling a bandage out of her pocket
"Sevika pulled this from you, and it looks like you need it"
She said, holding out the bandage for Dina to take
"Thanks..."
Dina said, taking the bandage in her own hands before wrapping it around her own head and tying it in place
"You should really clean it, unfortunately, we don't have those luxuries. So you best hope it doesn't get infected"

The pink haired woman sat down on her bunk before sighing.
"You've caused some real problems for me, you know that? I'm going to have Sevika's gang on my ass now, and it's only a matter of time until I take a beating off of them"
Vi stressed, sitting back
"I never asked for your help, so don't put that on me. you just had to play the hero"
"She could have killed you"
"And why do you care?"
Suddenly, Vi went back to her silent state, much like when Dina first met her
"You don't even know me, and I didn't ask for a guardian angel. So if looking out for me has caused you so many problems, then don't protect me. It's that simple"

Suddenly, Vi jumped from her concrete slab, walking over to Dina before taking the bandage from her head.
"She could have killed you! Rather than being a smart-mouthed brat, how does a ‘thank you’ sound? Because in case you haven't already figured out, being a prick to every inmate you pass is going to get you killed"
Dina suddenly felt her hard act shrivel up and die. Prison was much worse than she pretended it was, the act she had so clearly been performing had only led to more trouble and she had no way of taking it back, so much for laying low.

Just when she thought Vi was going to take advantage of her wound the way Sevika did, she felt the inmate wrap it around her head once more before tying a knot to keep the bandage firmly in place
"You tied it up all wrong... Trust me, after years of wrapping my hands I know a thing or two"
Vi said before sitting back down in her bunk.
"Thank you"
Dina barely managed to say, now that her smartass act had left her.

Upon hearing those words leave her mouth, Vi smiled genuinely for the first time since Dina arrived.
"I'm Vi"
She held out her hand, which Dina took with a smile as she held back tears from the shock of living here.
"I know"
She sniffled, making Vi chuckle. The two were finally being civil with one another.
