Requested by @mgmendez2305 The general moment you requested wasn't too long so I added another ship moment hope ya don't mind, and it also helped move the story along.
With the new coming winter and snow came cold temperatures and Christmas. It was Bendy's first ever Christmas and he was constantly talking about it out of pure excitement.
The workers had decorated the studio, mistletoe and tinsel handing from the doorways. Henry occasionally saw Jack leaning against doorways like he usually did when he stopped in the hall to double check he had all his papers any time he got a song from Sammy to write lyrics to.
Henry just waited for the day. It was bound to happen. As he passed Jack in the hall while the lyricist was leaning against a doorway, Henry got an idea.
Bendy was following him around like he always did, and Henry whispered his plan into Bendy's ear/horn.
The demon dashed off to go find something. Henry stalled Jack so he wouldn't leave. "Hello Jack." He greeted.
The lyricist glanced up from checking his papers. "Hi Henry." Jack said, looking back down at the papers bundled in his arms. He suddenly paused his movements and looked at the floor near Henry's feet.
"Where's Bendy? Doesn't he follow you around everywhere?" The lyricist questioned, tilting his head to the side in slight confusion.
"He went to uh...find someone." Henry said. Jack gave him a curious glance.
"Why'd you hesitate to answer? What's he up to? Are you guys tryna prank me again?" Jack demanded, eyes squinted at the animator.
"No!" Henry faked offence, holding a hand to his chest. "How could you think so badly of us? We're your friends Jack."
Jack rolled his eyes. "Oh I'm sure I don't have reasons or anything." Jack said sarcastically, straight into his papers.
He stood straight and was about to leave, but Henry tried stalling for longer. "Uh, what papers do you have? Song papers?" He asked quickly.
"You're bad at stalling Henry, please move do I can get back to work." Jack said with a small smile, slightly amused.
"I am not bad at stalling, you're probably a lot worse than me." Henry huffed.
"I wouldn't know because I don't constantly try and prank people with a little demon following me around." Jack pointed out, crossing his arms and leaning against the doorway.
"Well I mean most pranks are his idea, it's just kinda how he was made. He's quite good at pranks though, some of the things he's come up with is truly amazingly creative." Henry said.
"Like the time he stole my pen and drew your face on one of Grants papers?" Jack asked.
"Yeah, that was his idea. I wasn't even part of that." Henry said with a small laugh. "But what about when he switched yours and Wally's hat every day for a whole month?" Henry recalled.
"That was just irritating, Wally ran away with my hat so I didn't have it for nearly a minute that whole month." Jack huffed.
"Well Jack, I have to let you know I've just stalled you for enough time, good day, there actually is no prank." Henry said with a smirk and a wave, walking away. Jack slightly shook his head and blinked. Bendy was beside him as if he were there the whole time.
The two turned back to look at the confused lyricist. Jack stared after them in complete confusion, but shifted his gaze down the hall after he heard a loud voice.
"JACK!" Wally shouted as he dashed down the hall towards his best friend. Jack glanced over to see what was going on but barely had time to react as Wally launched himself into the lyricist.
The janitor kissed Jack fully on the mouth as he collided into him, sending the two falling to the wooden floor. As Jack fell he saw the mistletoe above the doorway and understood why Henry was stalling.
Bendy and Henry laughed as they walked away towards Henry's office, the animator patting Bendy on the head and telling him good job.
Bendy broke off into a nervous chuckle as they neared their destination. See, Wally hadn't agreed to do what he just did unless Bendy also promised he'd do something. It was specific, as was Bendy's request for the janitor, and the demon didn't know why he agreed to it.
As usual when Henry sat down to work, Bendy climbed up into the animator's lap and watched Henry draw.
What confused the demon was how often Henry dropped his pen for a few moments to hold his hands close to his chest and rub them together.
"Why's it so cold in here today?" Henry huffed, shuffling his cold hands together. Bendy reached up to Henry's hands and pulled them towards his own chest.
The little demon curled around Henry's hands, his ink body warming them. The animator gave a confused glance to Bendy. "What are you doing?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.
"I'm keepin yer hands warm." Bendy explained, cuddling further into Henry's chest and holding his hands close to his own.
"O-oh." Henry said awkwardly, a light blush across his face. "Bud, I have to do my work." He said after a few minutes of awkward silence.
Bendy racked his mind for an idea. It came to him, and he suddenly looked over at the flooring below the doorway.
"Hey Hen, what's that on the floor?" Bendy acted, jumping from Henry's lap and looking down by his feet at the clean floorboards.
Henry got up and crouched down to Bendy's height, squinting at the floor. "There's nothing there." He said, turning to face Bendy with a curious glance.
"Yeah sorry, I meant up there." Bendy pointed upwards towards the mistletoe hanging from the doorway. While Henry's brain processed what was about it happen, Bendy took action.
He grabbed Henry's shoulders and pulled him down into a kiss. Instead of pulling away like Bendy had expected him too, the animator didn't move at all.
Bendy separated himself from Henry and the two shared awkward eye contact for a moment before Bendy grinned and walked away down the hall.
"I-WHAT?!" Bendy heard Henry yell in confusion as he made his way to go find Wally and tell him he had kept his end of the deal.I'm working on a Christmas special :D
