"HENRY!!! HENRY A GIANT MAN JUST TRIED BRAKING IN AND I RIPPED OFF HIS HEAD!!!" Bendy dashed down the hall, inky tail whipping back and forth as he dashed down the hall to his boyfriend's room, kicking down the door and screaming. Henry started awake, looking at Bendy's panicked motions as the demon jumped onto the bed and shook him fully awake.
"Hey, hey, calm down bud, and tell me what happened?" Henry said, stroking the demon on his horns to calm him. It always worked. Bendy started again, talking much quieter than before.
"I heard somethin' in the livin' room, so I went to see and saw a big man in red crawling out of the fuckin' chimney, so I panicked and ripped off his head!" Bendy whimpered, glancing at the door as if the headless man might come running in and attack them.
Henry's tired brain processed what Bendy said, then his eyes widened in a horrified expression. "Oh no." He whispered. "Bendy, you didn't! Please tell me you're joking?!" Henry demanded, grabbing the demon by his bow tie and looking at him, panicked.
However, before the poor demon could respond the door burst open again, and in walked the headless body of the chubby red dressed man, holding his head in his arms. Henry and Bendy screamed, holding onto each other in fear. "Now, it's not very nice for someone to pull off another person's head." The head of the man began to speak. The two screamed again.
"You will most definitely be punished for this atrocity. Yes, for tonight, the both of you shall finish my work for me, as it will take the rest of the night for my severed neck to heal itself. Welp, get cracking boys." Then man said.
Henry looked at him nervously, while Bendy looked at him as if he were speaking another language. "B-but sir, Bendy didn't know...I mean, how is it even possible for us to deliver all of them so quickly?!" Henry sputtered, not sure how they were going to wriggle their way out of this one.
"You'll figure it out. Now away with you!" The man said, whooshing a hand through the air and suddenly, the two found themselves seated on a reindeer guided sleigh on top of the roof of their home.
"Henry..." Bendy muttered, on the verge of a panic attack. Henry quickly explained who the man was and what was going on. "That was Santa Claus?!" Bendy gasped. "I ripped his head off. Heh, worth it." He added. Henry sighed and leaned his head into his hands.
"Let's just hopefully figure this out in time." Henry grumbled. He was tired and definitely not built for crawling down chimneys. Not to mention, he wasn't magical and had no clue what to do. That meant neither did Bendy.
Luckily there was an elf already on the sleigh, who somehow already knew what was going on. "You should be really ashamed of yourself for what you did, demon." The little elf growled, seemingly irritated.
"He didn't mean-" Henry started, but was interrupted.
"Want me ta rip yer head off too, you pointy little bastard?" Bendy snapped, teeth bared. The elf suddenly looked scared and edged away from the demon as much as possible inside the sleigh.
As the sleigh flew through the dark star spotted night sky, the elf nervously explained to the two what to do. "Since you don't have the powers of Mr. Claus, I'll have to ask you to ingest these peppermints with magic stored inside them for just the emergency situation we are currently in. Then you'll be able to fit down chimneys and get around silently and quickly." The elf said.
Soon after the two boys are the magic filled peppermints, they slid neatly onto a snow roofed home with rainbow lights hanging in a tree in the yard. "Alright then, here we go I guess." Henry sighed. They got off and the elf handed them the correct presents to put under the tree.
The two slipped inside and back out successfully. Well, if you counted Bendy slamming into several things and loudly swearing without waking up the house inhabitants successful, then it was.
At one house, Henry turned to Bendy to say they were all done in that home, but his heart caught in his throat when he saw a small child staring up at them, a grin across her face. She must've been maybe ten or eleven.
"You're a lot smaller than Santa is supposed to be." The girl said, looking up at Henry curiously. "And I didn't know he had demons instead of elves." She added, turning a bit hesitantly towards Bendy. Bendy kneeled down to the little girl, looking her in the eyes although she couldn't see his eyes because of the ink covering his face.
"We're just takin' over for Santa cuz I ripped off his head and he needs time to heal." Bendy explained. The little girl stared blankly at him before letting out a scream and running, presumably to her parents.
"Bendy!" Henry hissed. "You don't tell little kids things like that!" He glared at the demon.
"I know, but she's not supposed t'be outta bed, so." Bendy broke off with a shrug and small grin. Henry sighed and shook his head, then jumped when he heard several sets of loud footsteps.
He grabbed Bendy's elbow and pulled him towards the chimney. "Time to get the hell out of here." Henry said. It felt like an eternity to get all of he presents to the right homes, but somehow they did it.
They got home in the early morning, collapsing onto the couch in exhaustion. "Next time someone breaks into our house, bring that person to me alive so I can tell you if they're bad or good, okay?" Henry said, turning to look at the demon.
"Okay, but if they're bad can I kill 'em?" Bendy asked, grinning at the human. Henry sighed and rolled his eyes.
"No, then we'll call the police and put them in jail. You're lucky this guy's magical and can't actually die from getting his head ripped off." Henry said. "Don't want a murder on our hands."
"But we all killed Joey when we got out of the studio." Bendy said, confused.
"That was different. He deserved death completely, plus it was also a personal thing for all of us." Henry explained. He scooted over to Bendy and laid against his chest.
"I guess, but what if those other people all did real bad things like Drew did?" Bendy pointed out, curling his tail around Henry and pulling him closer.
"Then that is not our problem, and we wouldn't know so it wouldn't matter. Plus, jail is a pretty awful place." Henry replied. The two fell into a comfortable silence, soon falling asleep.
This is the reason Henry never let Bendy near kids again.
