Some Benry fluff requested by
@-TransFoxBoi-Henry came to work one morning and was instantly followed by the little toon demon to his office. The second Henry sat down, Bendy was already in his lap, tail swishing side to side.
"Hey bud, your up early. You not tired?" Henry asked, gently petting Bendy in between his horns. The small demon leaned into the touch, letting out a low purring noise.
Henry kept forgetting he could purr like a cat, but he thought it was adorable. "A little, but since ya work so much I can bet yer a lot more tired than I am." Bendy responded, curling up in Henry's lap and leaning into his stomach.
Henry let out a half sigh half laugh, returning to his work. He wondered what was going on inside Bendy's head, why the demon was acting so...affectionate, this morning. He just shrugged it off and refocused on his work.
A little while later, Bendy sat up and stared up at Henry's focused face, sometimes glancing down at his drawing but mostly having his gaze set on Henry. His eyes darted side to side as he sketched.
Bendy stared at his soft chestnut hair, his pale skin and soft lips, or so he often imagined, and the steady rise and fall of his chest as he breathed. He leaned his horned head against Henry's chest and listened to the drumming of his heartbeat.
Henry eventually glanced down at the demon and caught him staring, but instead of turning away like most people would have after being caught, Bendy's grin only widened as he continued to stare up at him.
"What?" Henry asked, giving a confused look to the demon, or more so to the floor as he couldn't see Bendy that well with the demon against his chest.
"You're jus so darn pretty Henny, I can't help but stare." Bendy said fondly. He heard Henry's heart beat speed up as his face turned a light shade of pink.
"I...why uh..." Henry paused, not knowing quite what to say. "Why did you say that?" He eventually asked, wincing at the end of his sentence knowing it wasn't the best thing to say after someone gave such a loving compliment.
"Cuz it's true, simple as dat." Bendy answered, pleased at the now red colour he'd made Henry's face turn. The animator was at an awkward loss for words and just went back to working, his mind no longer focusing.
Bendy noticed his lack of wrist movements to do his work. "What'sa matter Hen? Ya seem real distracted~." Bendy teased with a smirk.
"I-I'm fine, just wondering why you said that." Henry said, hunching his shoulders in a show of discomfort. Bendy stood up on Henry's lap, cupping the animator's face gently in his hands.
"I thought that was obvious." He said in almost a mutter. His hushed tone only rose the beating of Henry's heart and red of his blushing face.
Bendy waited for Henry to pull away or pick him up to put him on the ground and tell him to get out and stop being weird. However, he didn't. Henry just patiently sat stock still in his seat, staring into Bendy's pie-cut eyes.
The demon took this as a sign he was in the clear and brought their faces closer together, closing the gap in between them and giving a soft kiss. Henry seemed to melt like ice in a hot drink, his shoulders relaxing and hands resting on Bendy's small waist.
Bendy pulled away after a few moments and he locked eyes with a furiously blushing Henry. He took a breath as if he were going to speak, but stopped himself.
A minute passed by and Henry couldn't keep the want out of his voice when he said "Do it again." In a soft whisper that made Bendy let out a small laugh and warm smile.
"Of course Hen." He responded, kissing him again. And again. And again. "Why do humans taste so sweet~?" Bendy asked with a smirk.
"I dunno. You taste terrible though, like ink." Henry said, stroking his horn and causing Bendy to purr much like a cat.
"Then why do ya keep asking me ya kiss ya?" Bendy giggled, running his fingers through Henry's soft hair. Henry blushed and his eyes flicked to the side.
"Because I like it." He answered a bit bashfully, then proceeded to kiss him again. Bendy just smiled and cuddled into Henry's chest, listing to the rhythmic thump of the animators beating heart. In all seriousness, the most calming thing I've ever had happen to me is sitting quietly and listing to my partner's heart beating. It's so calming.
