both phantom and hive stood there staring at each other .

Sam: ( even when she's not serious , just from her stance , I can tell she's really strong )

Before Sam could react the hive goddess attacked him with her spear hitting him in the chest sending him back , but he able to regain his stance .

Sam: (damn it . . .that's hurt , and her speed , it's similar to Quria . . . then again both hive & vex match each other from what learned ) .

Xive Arath: what is it phantom , are you giving up already? 

Sam: not a chance ! 

Xivu Arath: then be ready !

With great speed , the hive goddess attack the phantom forcing him in the defense , not giving him a chance to rest or fight back , with speed he barly keep up with .

Sam: ( man . . . .she's too fast even when she's holding back ) .

the with a thrust , the spear almost stab the phantom , but he phase through , and tried to retaliate , but she easily block it and kick him away . 

Xivu Arath: you're not bad for someone who still lack experience . . .but .

Getting even faster , she move in front of him , with her spear glow , then she slashed him .

Sam: agh .

Xivu Arath: you're still got a long way  , sorry but this where you end .

Being heavily wounded by the last slash , the phantom falls to the ground , his wound hardly heal , and barly move . The goddess rised her spear ready to end him .

Sam: (damn . . .I  . .can't move . . Dad , Kurona . . .big brother Dio . . .)

Looking at him . . . the goddess felt bad for a second before steeling herself .

Xivu Arath: (I'm sorry . . . . I don't to kill you my little brother , I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me )

But . . . .before she could end him . . . the barrior got destroyed . . .and the hive goddess jumped back dodging an attack .

Templar: STAY AWAY FROM MY CHILD HIVE !

It was the vex mother , with her eye now crimson red , with a feiercely angry look , she stared at the hive goddess .

Xivu Arath: ( she got in , and she's in her ripper mode , she's someone who can match sister , so I better get away )

the hive goddess , knowing that she can't deal with the angry mother , she choose the wise move of retread . Seeing this the vex calmed down before she looked at the phantom with a worried look .

Templar: my child ! are you ok? 

Sam: *cough* I'm alright .  .but her one attack did a number on me *cough* thanks for savign me mother .

Templar: oh dear *picking him up* come lets head back and heal you *hugs him close* ( the next time we meet . . .I will make you regret hurting my child )

The the vex mother took her phantom son and return home , durning the wat , Sam couldn't help but feel angry at him self .

Sam: ( am I really that hopeless? . . . .it too one hit and she had me . . . just how strong both the hive and vex , and to think that there are even being higher than them . . . )

Sensing his sadness and anger , the vex mother hugged him close and whisper .

Templar: my son , I understand that you feel bad , but I believe in you .

Sam: but .

Templar: my child , you have a caring family back in your home right? , you can't give up for their sake , and for mine .

Sam: mom . . . 

Templar: so keep standing , even if no one here believe in you . . . I will  . . .I will keep cheering you on *pats his head* so keep getting stronger , you will do this for mommy will you?

Sam: . . .  .I . . .*nod* yes mother .

Templar: *smile* good boy *kiss his forehead* don't worry . . . I won't leave you (not again , this time for sure ) .
