Chapter 34
I sometimes wonder why the color of the skies is blue, why the color of the sunset is orange. Why's the color of the night sky is black? Before, I didn't care about it as an ignorant kid, but now that I've come to realise all of it… I've come to know the hidden meaning of all those things.
He painted the sky color blue because it significance peaceful surroundings, He painted the sunset orange because orange significance on a new beginning, a change in our surroundings. He painted the night sky color black, because black that doesn't mean a bad charm, it also signifies a new life, an awesome night to begin with.
I stared at the night sky as I thought about it. I was here on the balcony of my hotel room.
Jainx called and texted me many times to assure me that I was doing good and fine. Though, even if he wasn't here, I can still feel his presence. He never forgets about me, if I already ate or not. Even though we're apart, he still remembers to bring me food, flowers, and a lot of random things.
Before, I thought that I was so lucky to have him, but the truth is— after knowing my worth, I can say that we deserve each other. We're both worthy of our love.
Weeks have passed since that issue came, hindi na rin muna ako pinayagan ng manager ko sa pagbubukas ng social media dahil baka kung ano anong mabasa ko roon na maka-apekto na naman sa mentalidad ko.
Stay away from the things that keeps bothering and making you uncomfortable. Umalis muna ako sa social media world because I know that it may affect my mind, and I don't want that to happen again. I don't want those things to affect my mind again, I don't want to lose myself, again.
"I already put the original post down, though, wala na tayong magagawa dahil sobrang dami ng may kopya no'n." Jainx told me.
I sighed. "Are you sure that it was really Celiyah?"
He nodded. Gusto ko nang isagawa ang plano ko, and my plan was to… talk to Celiyah. I want to confront her. Hindi ko hahayaang… isipin nila ang mali.
Even if it's really hard for me to tell the truth, I will tell all of them the truth, nang sa gayon… manahimik na sila.
I texted Celiyah using my old number, alam kong alam niyang ako ang nagtext no'n sa kanya.
Celiyah:
If that's what you want, then okay.
I texted her a private location.
"Why's this cheater suddenly want to talk to me?" Celiyah asked me first.
I put my hands up to call some waiter to put a whiskey on our wine glass. Meanwhile, Celiyah was just watching me do it.
"You've really changed a lot, huh?" she smirked.
