The Arrogant Ghoul [Ayato Kirishima X Reader]

[ Your P.O.V ]

The streets of Tokyo look very nice but too bad the people weren't.

I casually walked with Ayato by my side.

"Are you ready for later?" Ayato asked quietly.

I stopped walking and closed my eyes, opening it after a few seconds.

"Yes."

I can do this.

I continued walking with a smile planted on my face.

"You sure?"

I nodded.

We walked and walked until it was time.

"[Y/N], it's time."

I took a shaky step and gave him a weak smile.

"Let's go."

And then, we went to the Ghoul Detention Center.

Minutes later..

"Let's do our thing." Tatara mumbled and we split up.

I ended up with Ayato, of course.

We helped the ghouls escaped their cells and fought off CCG investigators.

An investigator charged towards me and I slashed its stomach with my red kagune.

My heart felt like it was being squished but I calmed down.

"Kyaaa!" An investigator appeared on Ayato's left.

"Ayato!" I yelled and hit the investigator across the head.

Ayato seemed shock but regained his senses and finished killing the investigator.

"Thanks." Ayato smiled at me and continued killing.

After an hour, I got separated from Ayato.

I frantically looked everywhere.

Where is he?

Everything I see started moving in circles and I started getting dizzy.

And then, everything went black.

My eyes fluttered open in what it felt like minutes later.

I see two figures in my vision.

Ayato and a CCG investigator.

And then I heard a swish.

And a body drop.

And my heart dropped.

I crawled closer and saw..

Ayato laying on a pool of blood, getting his face stepped on by an investigator.
