The End

Ummm, hello everyone. All of my readers and fans of this fic in particular. It has been well over a year since I have updated this story. I could blame it on life, but I feel the main cause is simply motivation, and I am so sorry for letting everyone down. I know this may be a comfort fic or even a fav fic to some of you and to never know the ending is quite evil of me. If I could end the story in a few easy chapters I would but sadly this story has a lot left to it that I cannot easily wrap up into a nice bow. Part of me wanted to just leave it to you as the reader to use your imagination and run wild with this story, but I know for some, that is just not enough because I am the same way. I hate when a writer does not finish a story, but yet I have become what I hate. I also felt maybe I should just continue the writing and finish the book but I feel like the emotion and attention to detail I had before just won't be there.

So I have decided to leave y'all with a parting gift. I will be summarizing what I wanted the end of the story to become. So if you wish to leave the story up to you; you may do so or if you want to know what was going to happen and then use that as a guide to your imagination then keep reading.

So where we left off Y/N had just woken up from her time in the "dead" world after being bitten by Shownu. Also at the very end of the last part, we learn from intuition that Mingi and Hongjoong are kind of ... IN LOVE (I was going to do almost a spinoff of their relationship but as you see that probably won't happen). Also at this time, Yunho is off somewhere pouting because he and Y/N lost their spark, but since she has returned from the dead again the spark has returned. Because when she came back alive the last time, Shownu had such a powerful spark (because it was his turn to die next) that it made all other sparks almost nonexistent (also the spark being amplified with Shownu like it was made him more protective and attracted to Y/N, that's why he started doing things he would usually not do).

Anyways, once she comes back again Yunho can feel her, but this time it's very different. Y/N is very sick. She is on her last death before her big change, so she is the weakest she has ever been. She cannot walk, eat, or even barely move without being in pain or just passing out. Hence she is bedridden. After some time the others find Yunho; he himself is almost on the verge of death. They have been linked so as she dies; he dies, but if he dies before her; she cannot transition because he is like her ultimate mate. So pretty much they are now both dying together, and usually, she sees how she has to kill the other mate in her dreams, but she has no dreams of Yunho. There is nothing that is showing her how to kill him or how him to kill her.

So they both just kinda lie there and die together, after some time Yunho becomes very weak and actually dies before Y/N. It is a very sad, distraught time as you can imagine. Her ultimate mate is dead and she is still here believing she will never see Yunho again and that his death is all her fault. Well, this causes Y/N to die from a broken heart... so sad.

THEN BOOM! She wakes up from her death in the "dead" world in the arms of (Drum roll, please) YUNHO! Yunho is in the dead world; he is not truly gone. He died how he was supposed to die. He died by the side of his love as they both died.

So now we pop back to the real world, also if we rewind our memory, San and IM(Changkyun) are being held prisoner at the BTS compound in the dreaded "Blue Room". They have become quite close friends in their times of torture, and at this time our favorite Y/N supporters , Jin and Jimin, actually help San and IM escape. They break them out, ultimately deciding their fate and which side of this war they were on. They return San and IM back to ATEEZ. They are so tortured and traumatized that even when Wooyoung went to hug San, San hid behind IM. This broke Wooyoungs heart. And with their return, Jin and Jimin tell Hongjoong that a war is coming. BTS and the wolves against ATEEZ, so now they need to ready to fight. This means they at least have to try and bring back Y/N.

Now if we can take a GIANT blast to the past, we remember that Y/Ns body has to be taken to The Slab under the moon at midnight for her true resurection and also the resurection of her mates, so ATEEZ take her body to the slab and place her on the ground in plane sight of the moon. And then it happens. Y/Ns body starts sizzling, then popping, then she is a single flame, burning so brightly she can be seen for miles, but then she bursts into ash. She is gone. Everyone believes that they have failed. Mingi even releases a tear in mourning.

But suddenly, the ground begins to tremble. A giant crack splits the ground where her ashes lied. Golden light like pure sun light shot from the crack and then like and arrow a giant bird shot out of the crack. This bird is red and gold, burning with flames of gold and blue. The phoenix lets out a roar that booms through the sky, waking the still night. The phoenix returns to the ground, transforming back into Y/N. But she is different. She is strong and powerful. You can feel it in the air. There is cheering and crying. Y/N is now adorned with strong golden wings.

From the crack arises our 4 mates. Now, due to the bizarre events of being the mates of a phoenix and killed by the phoenix, they now have there own special powers. Jungkook died from drinking the blood of the phoenix, so he was given the power of mind control that Y/N also has (the whole red eyes manipulation thing). Jooheon practically burned to death in wolf form so he has returned as a Hell hound. He is huge and burns with fire in his wolf form and has fire manipulation in human form. Shownu died from biting the phoenix which caused the spark to kill him by esectially electricuting him, so he now can control and manipulate electricity and lightning.

Finally, Yunho. Yunho died by the side of his love and is the ultimate mate of the phoenix. Yunho now also has a beautiful set of white angle like wings.

So those are the mates all back to earth, but because this caused quite a scene, well BTS saw and have now showed up for the party. BTS and the wolves are all here to fight, so now they fight. In the fight Mingi turns into wolf form even though he vowed to never turn after he became a hybrid, but he does it to protect his clan. So since he is a hybrid, he looks very different than your normal werewolf. Just imagine a werewolf that stands on two legs and is about 10 feet tall and hairless with red eyes and teeth like a sabor tooth tiger. Pretty scary but pretty cool.

In this fight a lot happens, San is about to die, but Wooyoung sacrifices himself to save San, so Wooyoung dies. Also, I don't know how, this can be up to you, but Wonho also dies. There are casualties on both sides, but BTS and the wolves retreat. You have won the battle but not the war (I was planning on writing a second book, but yeah....). Everyone is heartbroken of Wooyoungs death, especially San. But IM is there to comfort San. Shownu and his pack mourn for Wonho. The leader has lost his best friend and Shownu will never truly be the same.

After this, I was going to end the story in hopes of writing a second, but that won't be coming. I hope you all understand my choice to end this fic without a proper ending, but I also hope that the text I gave above also brings you some peace. 

I am super thankful for all the people who have read and supported my story. This story was my very first fanfic and has inspired me in so many ways today as I have started writing a novel to hopefully one day publish.
