Jimin led you into the living room that was full of other "people". The living room and kitchen flowed into each other. The kitchen was a typical industrial feel with all concrete counters. The living room was very large with a huge flat screen TV on the wall opposite the kitchen. In front of the TV was a large gray sectional.
Jimin guided you over to the couch; his hand was resting on your back. On the couch, three bodies lounged lazily. Jungkook was lying on his back scrolling through his phone, while Jin and Taehyung bickered back and forth about... hunting?
Jungkook saw you and Jimin walked into the room and glanced over at you. He saw Jimin's hand on your back and gave him a look. Jimin pulled his hand away making you feel exposed and bare. Taehyung turned toward you scanning you with his eyes.
You hate Taehyung.
He just looked at you like you were nothing. He never respected you. All he wanted was to take advantage of you.
"You look a little warm. Why don't you take off some of those layers." Tae said as you and Jimin sat on the couch.
"I am actually very cold, thank you very much."
"Oh baby, you haven't felt cold yet." he said flashing you a fanged smile licking his lips. You rolled your eyes turning to Jungkook. He was lightly laughing at Taehyung's attempt to frighten you.
"You can't scare her Tae; she is broken." he teased Tae.
"I am not broken." you snapped at Jungkook. You could see Jimin smile next to you. Your thighs were touching giving you extra strength. You liked how he made you feel strong. You gave him a soft smile. Your heart skipped at his touch when he put his hand on your thigh.
"Woah" a voice interupted your and Jimin's moment. Everyone had been staring at the both of you intently without you knowing. Jin was the one that broke the silence. You looked around at the rest of the people in the room; embarrassed of with had just happened. You looked over to Jungkook. He had practically turned red. He was seething with anger. His hands were balled into fists.
"I am going out." He puffed leaving the room.
"You have to ask Joon." Jin yelled after the younger vampire, but it was too late. You heard a heavy door slam somewhere far from you, "Tae can you follow him and make sure he doesn't get into too much trouble." Jin asked the man you hated.
In the blink of an eye Tae was gone. These people were fast.
You stood up shaking off Jimin's hand. Was this your fault?
Your stomach interrupted your thoughts. It rumbled so loudly that you would have thought it was thundering outside. "Ah, you sound hungry." beamed Jin, "Let me make you some food." He ran to kitchen practically skipping. You followed him and seated yourself at a bar stool.
"I haven't cooked for someone who could actually appreciate my cooking. Around here everyone just complains that it isn't blood. We technically don't need to eat, but I love cooking too much not to still do it." Jin chimed. He seemed like a child in a candy shop. You were happy that you could bring him happiness.
Jin reminded you of a sort of mom. He was caring of all the members and he seemed to make sure that they were happy as well. He put them before himself in many situations. It reminded you of with Namjoon said, "You don't want to know how old Jin-hyung is."
"Jin-ssi, how old are you?" he laughed at your question.
"Call me Oppa, and I am 912 years old."
"Woah! That's crazy Jin-oppa." your mind was blown. I guess Jungkook really is a baby. Jin just laughed at your response, "Don't underestimate the old guy." He said jokingly.
Jin finished cooking your meal: kimchi fried rice, your favorite. "I had a feeling that you didn't want ramen, so I made this instead." His power. He had his feelings and they were always right.
You tasted it and you couldn't believe your taste buds. Just like moms'. It was perfect. You never had anything so good. A tear rolled down your cheek as you continued eating. It was so similar to your mom's recipe. You hadn't had it in years. The tears didn't stop.
"Princess, are you okay?"Jin asked with a hand on your shoulder, "You could have just said it wasn't good"
"No, it's delicious." you cried wiping a tear from your face. You felt arms wrap around your shoulders and a face press into your back.
"You are strong, Princess." Jimin's voice vibrated through your back. Why was he so nice? You wiped the last of the tears from your face, "Jimin you can let me go now." you laughed.
"Jin-oppa, thank you for the food." You said rising from the bar stool. Jimin's arms fell from around you, "I think I am going to take a nap. Where is Jungkook's room?"
"It is the second room to the left, Princess." Jin said pointing toward the hall.
You walked into the hall and entered to room. You saw the bed and flopped onto it. Your body became instantly more tired as you crawled under the blankets. This was the first time you looked up and saw the sun.
