"Jungkook, I think I can use the restroom by myself. You don't literally need your eyes on me at all times." You said pushing him out of the bathroom.
"How about I face the wall?"
"Nope" you said giving him a final shove, but sadly he was way stronger than you, so he didn't even flinch. He just smirked down at you. You wanted to slap him silly. Just wanted to see that smirk wiped right off his face.
"Ugh, fine." you huffed, "but your eyes better stay facing the wall the entire time."
He jumped up and down doing a little happy dance. What a perv. He turned and faced the wall that diverted his eyes away from the toilet. You pulled your pants down quickly sitting on the toilet covering your legs with your shirt. You are positive he saw nothing. You watched him the whole time.
"That is a pretty interesting mole you got there." Jungkook chuckled. You knew what he was talking about. You had a perfectly square mole right on your hip bone.
"I don't know what you are talking about."
"So you mean to tell me that you forgot you have a perfectly square mole on your hip." he laughed. You shot lasers into the back of his head.
"Hey, I know I am like gorgeous, but staring isn't nice." he laughed. You shook your head tired of his constant presence.
"Okay, then if you know everything; then what am I thinking right now?" you snapped at him.
In an imitation voice that was supposed to sound like you, "Oh, I wish Jimin was here instead of mean ol' Jungkook. Maybe he would even wipe for me. Blah blah blah."
"Um, no, but now that you mention it." you laughed. This made him laugh too surprisingly.
Wait... did we just have a moment where he wasn't being a dick, and where I actually laughed at his antics? WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME?
You snapped out of whatever just happened and finished your business pulling up your pants; you finally had your own clothes now, but you found comfort being in Jungkook's over sized t-shirts, so you kept wearing them to his dismay.
You walked out of the bathroom with Jungkook watching you attentively, "I think I am going to go talk with Jimin."
"I think you and Jimin need some time apart." Jungkook said approaching you with his arms crossed.
"You're not the boss of me." you bickered with him.
"Yeah, but I have to watch you, and I don't feel like watching you two hang all over each other." he scoffed rolling his eyes.
"Oooo, is someone jealous?" you teased.
"I'm not jealous. It's just gross." he whined.
"Then don't watch. I think Jimin can protect me just as well as you can." you said pushing on his chest playfully before spinning on your heels facing the door.
"I said no" Jungkook protested appearing in front of you.
"Jungkook, you can't keep me prisoner."
"Oh, Honey, you haven't seen prisoner yet." he scoffed. You decided not to challenge him. You walked over to the fire place, it was always lit, and you asked him what you asked Jimin before.
"Jungkook, is it worth it?"
"What?" he said sitting in one of the leather chairs; you sat in the other pulling your legs to your chest.
"Is the bite worth it?"
"I don't know how to answer that." he said looking into the fire, "I haven't really done good with it like the others." You could see his eyes fall. They filled with sorrow and guilt. Now, you regretted asking the question.
You both just stared into the fire; you didn't push anymore. You saw that he didn't want to speak about it, so you didn't ask. You were staring into the blinding light. Your thoughts wandered freely in your mind. You thought of your family and your job. You thought of the blood that flowed in your veins. The power that was hiding inside of you. You thought of it all. Your body growing numb as you just stared into the light of the fire.
No one could distract you. You stared into an unknown abyss. Your mind straying from your thoughts. You were consumed by the flames. Nothing could pull you apart. You were one with the fire. Sucked into the blinding white you fell.

What was in the fire that captivated her so much. Yes, you looked at it too, but you saw nothing worth gawking over. She was different than the rest. She didn't get consumed by the money and by shiny things. She avoided it. Instead, she stared at fire.
What is going on inside that head?
She was like a zombie. Moving without controlling herself. Her hand lifting in front of her. Her palm raised to the ceiling while her fingers sat relaxed. She didn't even move when a single tear rolled down her cheek dripping off her chin. Like a statue she sat engulfed in the flames. Nothing could touch her. She was lost in the blinding white.

Your POV

You slowly drifted back into conciseness. Your cheeks were wet and your arm lifted into the air with a small Jungkook hanging to the end of it. You looked down at him as he softly held your hand staring into your eyes. He looked so soft and child like not the Jungkook you knew.
"I want to show you something." he said tugging on your hand softly. You didn't protest; you followed him obediently. He led you out of the room and behind a random door. He guided you up multiple staircases; you didn't pay attention. You reached a metal door with the word "roof" printed on it in red.
"The roof?" you asked looking up at Jungkook.
"Just trust me." he said opening the door. You were met by the night breeze that bit at your nose. He pulled your hand guiding you out. His head tilted to the Heavens. You joined him looking to the stars.
You had never seen such a beautiful scene. You could see individual galaxies dotting the skies. The stars never seemed more clear. In the city, you would always look to the stars when you thought of your family, but you couldn't see them too well because of the lights outside your window, but now, you saw everything.
Your mouth fell wide open sucking in the cold night air feeling the breeze run through your hair. It was so surreal. Like a painting with so much detail that you didn't know where to look.
"It's beautiful." you whispered. You looked at Jungkook who was looking at you with a huge smile and amused eyes.
"I'm glad you like it." he laughed softly.
You could smell the hills, the trees, the water that ran in the creeks; you could smell the stars. Your head towards the sky a smile across your face. Nothing could ruin it. You felt a hand gently grab onto your wrist and a chin rest on your shoulder, "Over here you can see the Big Dipper." Jungkook said turning you and your pointed finger to the constellation.
"And over here is Orion." he said turning you again. He seem very satisfied with himself as you could practically hear the smile in his voice. You enjoyed this moment. You savored it. It was nice.
"I think it is worth it." he whispered in your ear.
"What?"
"I said I think it is worth it. No matter the hard times; I know I will have a family to back me up. I am strong; I have learned so much about myself. So, yes, I think it is worth it." he said walking around you holding both your hands.
"What if I'm scared?" you whispered.
"It's okay to be scared. We will never know if we will fly till we jump."
