Chapter 25: Getting Out Of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Steve's POV

So, after the meeting with Pierce, I sent Y/N down to the garage to wait for me.

I then go to the elevator and get on and after a minute, Rumlow and a few of the S.T.R.I.K.E squad members got inside the elevator with me.

Rumlow: Forensics.

Voice: Confirmed.

Rumlow: Cap.

I turned around.

Steve: Rumlow.

Rumlow: Terrible about what happened to Fury.

After another few minutes more agents got into the elevator and I knew something was off as A couple of the agents were holding their batons tight.

Then I spoke up.

Steve: So, before we get started. Does anybody wanna get out?

Then suddenly two of the agents in front of me attacked me.

After the elevator stopped, the agents then grabbed me and used a magnet my hand to the metal of the elevator.

After I struggled for a minute I managed to take down the group that was on me, which left just Rumlow and I.

Rumlow: Whoa. Easy. I just want you to know this isn't personal!

He then attacked me with his shock batons, and he punched me couple of times and I managed to block a few more and I threw him up up to the roof of the elevator which knocked him out cold.

Steve: Well, it definitely felt personal.

I chuckle at this.

I then kick my shield up and catch it with my hand.

I also break the magnet off my hand and I open the elevator door to see that their was a group of a S.T.R.I.K.E team in front of me.

S.T.R.I.K.E member: Drop the shield and put your hands in the air.

I then use my shield to break the elevator cables which sends it flying downwards.

Then the elevator stops and I open the doors again to see more agents coming towards me.

I close the door and I look down and decide if jumping is the best option.

S.T.R.I.K.E member: Give it up Rogers! Get that door open.

Then I jump through the window which broke the glass and I cover myself with my shield and I landed on the ground.

I then get up and go get Y/N.

Y/N's POV

I am now sitting down waiting for Steve and my spider sense goes off so I stand up and see Steve coming towards me.

Y/N: What's wrong?

Steve: Get on.

Y/N: But...

Steve: Kid...On.

We then get on the motorcycle.

We head out of the garage and we see that S.H.I.E.L.D. Is closing down the bridge.

We manage to get on the bridge before the doors close on us. As we make our way across I notice that they have set up road spikes.

We then see a quinjet fly in front of us.

Pilot: Captain Rogers, Spider-Man, stand down. I repeat stand down.

The quinjet then begins firing at us.

Steve throws his shield which takes off one of the wings.

Then Steve and I jump off the motorcycle and use a combination of his shield and webs to take the jet down.

Before the jet goes down into the water, Steve and I both managed to get to the ground by jumping off the back of it.

We then realize S.H.I.E.L.D. was gonna come after us.

We were both now the two most wanted men in Washington DC.
