Chapter 29: The Winter Soldier

Y/N's POV

We are currently on the highway as we are now on our way to stop the helicarriers.

Jasper: S.H.I.E.L.D. doesn't like leaks.

Sam: Well then try sticking a cork in it.

Natasha: Insight launches in 16 hours. We're cutting it a little bit close here.

Steve: I know, we'll use him to bypass the DNA scans and access the helicarriers directly.

Jasper: What? Are you crazy? That is a terrible idea.

Then suddenly Jasper Is ripped out of the car by a metal arm and he is thrown into a truck which kills him instantly.

We then all realize that it's the winter soldier and Natasha and I both jump to the front to avoid being shot at.

I then pull the handbrake which sends the car flying back into a truck and I then fell into the backseat and then I was pulled from the car.

I go flying but I swing a web just as the winter soldier landed on the ground after the car stopped.

I then come flying back at him.

Y/N: INCOMING!

I kick him but he just lands on the ground.

Then I web his legs but he just pulls me at him and we start punching each other in the air.

We then land on the car and then the Winter Soldier pulls the steering wheel out of the car and I elbow him.

He then throws me off the car and I go flying over the bridge but I shoot a web out as I put my mask on and when I come onto the bridge from the other side I kick one of the men down.

I then see Nat falling off the bridge and I dive down and save her.

We then start running and we both hide behind a truck as Nat begins shooting at the winter soldier and I start shooting out my webs.

The winter soldier begins shooting at us and we start running and then Nat stops me when we make it to a bunch of cars.

Natasha: I have a plan.

Y/N: Okay.

Nat then placed her phone on the other side of a car with a recording of her voice and then the winter soldier arrives he blows the car up.

Nat then flips him over and they struggle until he flips her over and I catch her and she throws one of her stingers which attached to his metal arm.

Then we start running again and my spider sense goes off and I then hear a gunshot.

I turn around and see Nat fall to the ground.

I run over to her.

Y/N: No! No! No!

I kneel down to her.

Y/N: Hey...Nat! Hey. You okay?

Natasha: Go...go help Steve...I'm fine, sweetie.

Y/N: I won't leave you.

Natasha: Go!

I reluctantly listen to her and I jump over the car and start web swinging towards Steve and I kick the winter soldier and he goes flying in the air and his mask comes off and he lands on the ground.

I then land next to Steve.

I saw the look on Steve's face as if he knows who the guy we've been fighting is.

Steve: Bucky.

Y/N & Winter Solider: Who the hell is Bucky?

Then before any of us have time to react Sam comes flying in and kicks him but he lands.

I then look over and see Nat shoot out a grenade which explodes a truck and the winter soldier was gone.

Then we heard sirens and a bunch of S.H.I.E.L.D. Arrived and surrounded us and they pointed their guns at us.

Rumlow: Drop the shield, Captain! On your knees! Now!

I look at Steve.

Steve: It's okay, kid.

Then Steve and I got onto our knees and surrendered.

I also see Sam and Nat surrender too.

Then they take us and put us in the back of a van.
