Chapter 36: Meeting The Lizard

(One Week Later)

Y/N's POV

So, it's been a week since I found out there's a new superhero in Queen's but I haven't found him yet.

I have been looking but it's like he went off the radar.

Anyways, right now I'm patrolling the city looking for any crime.

As I'm web swinging I hear a woman scream so I drop to the ground and go over to her.

Y/N: Is everything okay?

Woman: There...there...

Y/N: Spit it out.

Woman: A giant Lizard.

I tilted my head in confusion.

Y/N: I'm sorry. Did you just say Lizard?

Woman: Yes.

Y/N: Where'd it uh go?

She points down an alley.

Y/N: Thanks.

Then I take off running down the alley and I see the lizard and my eyes widened.

Y/N: Okay. This is new. Uh...hey.

The lizard looks at me.

Lizard: Spider-Man. Stay out of this.

Y/N: Stay out of what? I'm not even sure I know what's happening.

The lizard then runs at me but I spin in the air and land down and then I web it's tail but it just rips off.

Y/N: Okay. That's weird.

Then the lizards tail grows back.

Y/N: Uh-oh.

The lizard then hits me with its tail and I go through a building and black out.

When I wake up, I run outside and see the lizard was gone.

Y/N: What just happened?

Then I web swing and head to the avengers tower.

(Ten minutes later)

I'm now in my room at the avengers tower thinking about the lizard when Tony walks in.

Tony: Hey kid...

Y/N: Oh uh hey.

Tony: Something on your mind?

Y/N: Uh I just went up against a lizard.

Tony: A lizard? Like an actual lizard?

Y/N: More or less. It talked so that's something.

Tony: Well judging by how dirty my suit is I'd say he took you down.

I nod my head.

Tony then picks up my suit and peels of a piece of the lizards tail.

Y/N: I didn't even notice that.

Tony: Well kid...it's a good thing you have me.

Y/N: What are you gonna do?

Tony: I'm gonna figure out how much "more or less" is.

Y/N: All right.

Tony: I'll let you know what I find out.

Y/N: All right. I'm gonna go get a pizza.

Tony: No mushrooms.

Y/N: Got it.

(Twenty minutes later)

I'm now walking down the street after getting a box of pizza and I open the box and take out a slice and start eating it.
