Chapter 85: The Mad Titan Returns

Pietro's POV

After the explosion, I look and see that I'm in the lower levels of the compound with Rhodey, Rocket and Bruce.

Bruce is holding up some of the concrete that fell.

Bruce: Rhodey, Rocket, Pietro, get up!

I look and see that Rhodey is trying to lift a boulder off of Rocket, so I crawl and help him out.

We get Rocket free and then Rhodey gets on comms trying to get a hold of anyone.

Scott: Wait! I'm here! I'm here!

Holland's POV

When I come to, I see that I'm in the bottom of the compound.

I also see Clint and Natasha are down here with me.

Clint: Are you guys okay?

Holland: Yeah. Nat, are you okay?

Natasha: I will be after this is all over.

I then shine my flashlight up.

Holland: Steve! Y/N!

Then I look and see that Clint has the gauntlet in his hands.

Holland: We have to keep that safe.

Natasha: We will.

Then we hear a growl and the three of us look and Clint fires an arrow and we then see a group of the space dogs.

Clint: Run!

The three of us then start running in the other direction.

I just hope the others are okay.

Y/N's POV

I wake up and my vision becomes clear and I stand up and I deactivate my mask.

I then walk and stumble around the corner and see Tony standing there.

Y/N: Tony, you good?

Tony: Yeah.

Tony and I then walk and Tony finds Steve's shield and he picks it up.

Y/N: Steve.

Then Tony and I go and wake Steve up.

Tony: That's my man. You lose this again, I'm keeping it.

Steve looks around and then looks at us.

Steve: What happened?

Tony: You mess with time, it tends to mess back. You'll see.

Then Tony and I help Steve up as we then go outside and see Thor looking down at Thanos who is alive and in person.

Tony: What's he been doing?

Thor: Absolutely nothing.

Steve: Where are the stones?

Y/N: I'd have to guess that they're under this pile of rubble.

Tony: All we know is that is he doesn't have them.

Y/N: We need to keep it that way. If he gets his hands on them we are right back where we started.

Thor: You know it's a trap, right?

Y/N: I don't fucking care.

Tony: Agreed.

Thor: Good, as long as we are all in agreement.

Thor summons his hammer and the storm breaker and his suit comes on just like us.

Thor: Let's kill him properly this time.

The four of us start walking towards Thanos.

(Just imagine Y/N is walking with them.)

Then he notices us.

Thanos: You could not live with your own failure. Where did that bring you? Back to me. I thought by eliminating half of life....the other half would thrive. But you've shown me....that's impossible. And as long as there are those that remember what was.....there will always be those that are unable to accept what can be. They will resist.

Y/N: Yep, I guess we're all just stubborn that way.

He smirks at us.

Thanos: I'm thankful. Because now...I know what I must do. I will shred this universe....down to its last atom.

He gets up and puts his helmet on.

Thanos: And then....with the stones you've collected for me...create a new one....teaming with life...

He pulls his sword out of the ground.

Thanos: That knows not what it has lost....but only what it has been given. A grateful universe.

Steve: Born out of blood.

Thanos: They'll never know it. Because you won't be alive to tell them.

Thor yells and Tony and I flies up to attack Thanos.

I then activate my mask and I then punch him but he knocks me away.

I land on the ground and see Thor throw his hammer but Thanos just hits it away.

(Five minutes later)

Cap, Thor and I have been fighting Thanos for about five minutes.

After being knocked down by Thanos, I look up and see Thor and Tony combining the hammer and Tony's repulsive blaster to hit Thanos.

Then I stand up and charge at Thanos with Tony but he just grabs the both of us.

Thanos is then knocked away after Thor throws his hammer at him.

Then Tony and I both fall on the concrete and I black out.

I wake and see Steve fighting Thanos by himself.

Then Thanos breaks Steve's shield and then Thanos knocks Steve away which knocks him out.

I manage to get back up and jump in the air and crash on the ground which results in Thanos being hit by my venom blast.

Thanos stumbles and then turns and sees me.

Thanos: Your defeat is inevitable.

Y/N: Not today.

Then Thanos and I start fighting one on one.

Thanos then smashes me on the ground and he holds me up in the air.

Thanos: I'm gonna crush you like the pathetic spider that you are.

Y/N: The only thing pathetic is you.

Then I web Thanos eyes and he drops me and I land in a spider position.

Y/N: You won't win.

Thanos: We'll see about that.

Then I go to charge at Thanos again but he throws his sword at me which knocks me on the ground,

I start to crawl as Thanos then steps on my back.

Y/N: Ahhh!!!

Thanos then picks me up and punches me which breaks my mask in the process.

Then he throws me on the ground and I land next to Steve.
