(Two weeks later)

Y/N's POV

So, it's been two weeks since I defeated Green Goblin and I stopped myself from killing him.

Natasha ended up taking Osborn to an off sight prison after what happened and I'm just glad I was able to get justice for Peter and stop him.

I've also earned the respect of New York City as they now recognize me as Spider-Man.

Well, anyways right now Tony is giving a press conference so we can honor Peter.

I'm standing beside Steve and Natasha as Tony walks up on stage.

Tony: Is this thing on?

The crowd laughs.

Tony: Hello, my name is Tony Stark as I'm sure you know. It was no secret as to who Spider-Man was. It's no secret that Spider-Man was a hero. It was a tragic day when the hero we knew and loved was murdered but it's all right because we can look at his legacy. Spider-Man's legacy will live on forever and as a way to make sure it lives on, I present you all with the statue of our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.

Then Tony reveals a big statue of Spider-Man.

Natasha: Hey. You okay?

Y/N: Yeah. I just miss Peter.

Natasha: He's with us.

Y/N: You think?

Steve: Of course.

Tony: Now ladies and gentlemen, I present you with the newest avenger. A person who I at one point just like all of you couldn't imagine him stepping up but I came to realize he wasn't stepping up, he was continuing a legacy. Ladies and gentlemen...I give to you....the newest....the youngest....your neighborhood....Second but great....Spider-Man.

Then everyone claps and I was shocked to that Tony acknowledged me.

Natasha: Hey, this is your chance.

Steve: Welcome to the team.

Y/N: I should....

Steve & Natasha: Go!

Then I go behind the stage and change into my suit then I jump up on the top of the stage and perch from it.

Y/N: Hey. How you doing? Hi there.

I then look in the crowd and I see MJ and I smile at her from underneath my mask.

Tony: So, Spider-Man what's next?

Then I hear an explosion.

Y/N: Adding on to a legacy.

Tony: Go get 'em, Avenger.

Then I jump and start web swinging towards the explosion.

I smile as I can't wait to see what's next for myself as an avenger and Spider-Man.

Y/N: Whoooo!!!!
