Chapter 5: The Apartment

(Twenty minutes later)

Peter, Holland and I are now at his apartment and when we get inside we see a woman sitting on the couch. Peter walks over and gives her a kiss.

(This is what Mary Jane looks like.)

Peter: MJ, this is Y/N and Holland.

She stands up.

MJ: Hello. It's so nice to meet you two. Peter has talked nonstop about you two all week.

She comes over and shakes our hands.

Y/N: It's nice to meet you.

Peter: Okay, you two can go get cleaned up. Pizza should be here any minute and uh if you guys need a place to stay your welcome to stay here.

I was confused why this guy was willing to offer us a place to stay.

Y/N: Um, we appreciate that, but uh we don't need a place to stay.

Peter: Of course. Go get cleaned up.

Peter's POV

I show Holland and Y/N to the bathroom and then I go back into the living room and MJ has a look of concern on her face.

Y/N: What's wrong?

MJ: Peter, you know I love your willingness to help people. Not just as Spider-Man but as Peter too but it's like you said they tried to steal from Oscorp.

Peter: MJ, these two need help. I can't just leave them on the street.

MJ: I know but you could just call social services. They can help them.

I let out a sigh.

Peter: i promised them I wouldn't do that.

MJ: Peter, are you sure you wanna help them?

I think for a minute before I respond.

Peter: Yes. Y/N, he lost his family in a fire. I know what that's like to lose family. Seeing teh look on his face when I mention parents. It was when people mentioned Uncle Ben to me. And Holland she also lost her milt too. I know I can help them.

MJ smiles.

MJ: Then we'll help them.

Peter: I love you.

MJ: I love you too.

Y/N's POV

I'm currently in the bathroom and I've just gotten out of the shower and I got dressed and I stare in the mirror and then I rub water in my face and I start to feel light headed.

I rub water in my face again and I shake off the feeling of being lightheaded and I walk out of the bathroom and see that MJ, Peter and Holland are eating pizza.
