At the end of the day, I crossed the front lawn with my blazer over my arm, my hands in my pockets while the boys followed behind me almost as if we were the typical private school clique.

I then spotted Andrews standing professionally beside a black and silver Rolls Royce Phantom, while various students looked at the obvious display of wealth, while Nico's mom sat in her Range Rover, Hunters own driver was by a Mercedes S650, while Riley I'm certain was going to end up being at Hunter's because there wasn't another car in the line up.

"Adrian you're making Thornbrook look broke your parents casually sent a Rolls Royce to come get you," Hunter muses, gesturing at the car which was barely open for order.

"Billionaire parents Ambrose, trust me I don't like it either, mostly because Andrews should be retired not working till his last breath," I bitterly remark, before getting close enough to where our conversation could be heard.

"Master Adrian," Andrews greets, nodding to me with the pleasant smile I was certain he'd perfected from having to acquiesce to my fathers every whim from childhood till now.

"Andrews, home please," I say sliding into the back seat with practiced ease, before closing the door.

When Andrews got into the car, I looked up at him.

"Sorry for the how harsh I just spoke," I sigh, and he nods.

"Is something on your mind Adrian?" Andrews asks looking up into the mirror as he pulled away.

"I just, I wish I hadn't been sent to the other side of the bloody world because my father deemed it to be the best school just to bring me back to New York six years later when he could have just kept me here but instead he was a prick and fucking sent me to Switzerland, I just wish he kept me here, but he didn't and expects perfect obedience to his every word like a purse dog," I say, letting out an exasperated sigh, "like is it just me or am I not human instead of a Yorkie Terrier, I also wish he let you retire, you've been the driver for my family since nineteen fifty-eight, that was when my grandfather was a child still."

"I will ignore your earlier remark about your father, also I understand your frustration with him, if you want my personal opinion talk it out, before your mother has her husband and son at each others necks," Andrews says, "and I have had a worth while career with your family, I will fully retire when you are old enough to drive, or get a new driver, I will only be eighty-four then," he adds returning his eyes to the road.

"That's only nine more years if you live to the high average life expectancy for your generation," I say looking out the window as we drove towards York Preparatory School, which was the private school Kate attended.

"Yet some make it to a hundred".

"Still most people retire at sixty, in the world of wealth it can be as early as forty. You could have retired at any time".

"I promised your father to stay until you were sixteen, or I had a replacement," Andrews says.

"Fair enough," I say resuming my focus on the concrete and steel buildings of Midtown Manhattan, until the car pulled up outside Kate's school where she stood with a group of girls but it didn't seem like it was normal, she was standing with her shoulders held up around her neck.

That's odd she's usually confident all the time.

"Andrews unlock the car please," I say, and once the doors clicked, I got out, and walked cautiously over to where Kate stood being heckled for something, that is until my solely black presence made them fall quiet.

"Hey Kate, Andrews and I are here to pick you up," I say giving my sister the briefest smile before turning to face the others around her, "and who are these four?" I ask, well aware that these four all could find the resemblance between myself and Kate and I's parents.
