57. Meeting a goodbye kiss

Daisy was the one to hug me first. I hugged her back tightly for a few seconds before she spoke.
"Text me pictures of your new room so I can give you tips on how to decorate it." she said and I laughed once.
"I will do." I replied and she pulled away.
"Promise you'll still be my best friend too." She said nearly begging me and I nodded frantically.
"Of course." I said then turned to Alex who was getting a little teary. I smiled at him and threw my arms around him hugging him tightly.

"I'll miss you the most Minty. I don't car what your boyfriend says, your my most dearest friend and I'm going out be worried that you'll meet new bullies in Brighton." Alex rambled with a worried tone as he hugged me back. I awed at him before replying.
"Don't worry Alex. Marzia said that the school I'm going to has a good record with bullying and I won't let get to me." I said smiling and he nodded.
"Good," he said and stepped back as I turned to Billy. He had a small tear coming down his cheek but he had a large smile on his face.

"I'm gonna miss you so much." He said as we hugged each other. I nodded feeling some tears sting in my eyes.
"I'm gonna miss you more." I replied and he laughed as we both pulled away from the hug but kept holding hands.
"Now, when you get to that school I expect that all the boys in your class will fall in love with you because your so pretty." Billy began trying to sound serious. I giggled at him and swung our hands side to side.

"But just remember to tell them that you do have a boyfriend." He said and I smiled.
"How could I forget that." I said and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
"Good, because I'm not gonna let anyone steal my girl from me." He said nearly smirking. I giggled again and let him hug me again.
"I'll see you again Minty. I love you so much." He said and I hugged him back feeling his warmth that I will miss so much.
"I love you too." I replied and slowly pulled away from him.

I then turned to Marzia and Felix and they picked up their luggage.
"Ready to go?" They both asked and I nodded.
"Yeah." I said and we started to walk towards where we get on the plane.
"Bye Minty!" They all called waving.
"Bye!" I called waving back. We walked a little further before a voice called my name making me turned back. I looked to see Billy running frantically to me. He tackled me into an tight embrace and smashed his lips to mine kissing me.

It shocked me at first but I found I was kissing him back. All around us people watched with either smiles or looks of awe.
"Aww!" Marzia said stood in front of us and I saw that Felix had a very faint and small smile on his face. Eventually Billy and I pulled away and he hugged me once last time.
"I wanted to give you a kiss goodbye." he said into my ear and I smiled.
"Thank you." I said back to him. "Goodbye Billy." I said to him pulling away.

"Goodbye Mintypie." he said and I smiled then turned to Marzia and Felix and kept on walking through a gate that lead to the plane. Our luggage, that included Peanuts who was fast asleep in a pet carrier, was loaded onto the plane with the rest of the passengers luggage. I was able to keep my backpack though.
We all walked to the plane down a long corridor with some air hostesses in smart blue uniforms. I was holding both Felix and Marzia's hand all the way.

"Are you excited?" Marzia asked and I nodded.
"Yep, let's go!" I exclaimed dragging them a little.
"Whoa!" Felix exclaimed as I dragged him. Marzia laughed at us and let to of my hand.
"I'll catch up." she called as I dragged Felix excitingly towards the plane door.
"Slow down there kid." Felix said but I just laughed.
"Come on! Dad!" I yelled and Felix stopped dead in his tracks.
