1. Meeting Minty

(I don't own pewdiepie and Cutiepie but I own the plot and the other characters.)

Emm, hi! I'm Minty. Yes, the Minty in this story. My full name is Luna Minty Carolson and I'm 10 years old and this is my story. It started on the day I was born, obliviously, on the 19th of August in 2005 in New York City. My birth mum was a Italian American who worked as a waitress in a pizza parlour.

As for my dad, I have no idea. I was never told who he was or where he came from. Only that he didn't want anything to do with my mum after she told him she was pregnant with me. You can make fun of me because I have no dad or I'm an illi- illega- illegitimate child, and you call me names; but Nora (my orphanage mum) told me that I should ignore them because I know the truth.

Which brings me to another fact about me. I'm an orphan. After I was born my mum took her own life. I've never been told why she did, which is strange because Nora told me all I know about her; but not even she knows why my mum took her own life. No one does...

...Does that make you a little sad? Please don't be sad, because that's not the point of my story. I don't think I've ever been sad in my life. Yeah people around me have been sad but I have never been sad in my life. This story is needs to be read with a smile so show those pearly white teeth and please keep reading because we are starting on the first day I met my adopted parents!
